+ -1 moreVery rude. She told me she worked in other houses that had things worth more than my items. Missed cleaning for two weeks. When I called she was in Vegas. She wouldn't replace my Waterpark when her employee broke it. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

+ -1 moreInstead of concentrating on obvious areas and surfaces; i.e., stove top, dusting surfaces, cleaning floors, etc., they went into my cabinets and changed things around, leaving me to scrub my own stove top, floors, etc. I could tell they had done a quick once-over on the items, but definitely not what one would expect of a cleaning service. I have badly arthritic hands, and it's difficult for me to scrub too hard. Needless to say, I was very disappointed!

Description of Work: I had scheduled an appointment for her to come and give me an estimate for cleaning on April 22 at 2:00. She did not show up and did not call to cancel. About 2 weeks later she called and wanted to re-schedule, I told her not interested.
