+ -1 moreWell I cannot say enough good about this company When making both appointments, the office staff were very quick to get me appointments. And Roger, who did the work on 9/8 & 10/11/2011, was very helpful and accomodating. He did everything I needed done and much more. In addition, and I think one of the most important requirements of a computer technician, is that he is a great communicator and easy to understand. I will contact them for all my computer needs as long as I live in the area and they are in business. I feel I found a real gem and wish I could assign them a grade higher than an "A". Their base charge is currently $125/hour, and a great value.
Description of Work: Roger, from Computer Support Group came on 9/8/2011 and assembled my desk top system in readiness for receiving internet services the following day. He also came on 10/11/2011 and installed an extender (which allowed me to have internet access to an area of the house that wasn't previously receiving it), and re-assembled my desk top system to fit a new home office layout.
