+ -1 moreDTM Construction remodeled our kitchen. We could not be more pleased. A time line was provided and followed. Every worker who came to our home was courteous and professional. Our concerns and needs were always at the top of the list. Work was completed on time for fair costs as originally established. It was a positive experience, and the results are outstanding. Price reflects total cost of the remodel (cabinets, etc.).
Description of Work: DTM Construction did all of the construction, cabinet installation, and finishing of our 1936 home's kitchen. Tile, vinyl flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing were subcontracted and overseen by DTM Construction.

Description of Work: I had some very severe fence damage from a winter storm and from years of no maintenance. The contractor walked the perimeter of my fence and repaired all the areas that were bad. My fence is in very good condition now.

The work was done on my summer cabin so I could not be present while he was working, but he handled the situation well and made the effort to find suitable replacement materials and to respond to my requests. I was completely comfortable trusting Dan to do only what was necessary and to do it well even though I couldn't be there. All work was done promptly, professionally and thoroughly. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Demo of flooring and wall damaged by water; repair replacement of under flooring and wall; hanging of sheetrock (including taping & mudding); and installation of new floor covering and breadboard wall covering; caulking; staining of replacement wall covering; construction of cricket on roof to prevent future flooding.

The reason I hired Dan was because he assisted in the siding of my home with Building Dimensions who I would also recommend, and I was impressed with the quality of his work. I found Dan to be a likable family man who prided himself in doing the job the right way. I will always call on DTM to do a job for me.

Description of Work: I hired Dan to repair a 6 foot panel and some other sections of my fence that were really weak. He reinforced all the bad areas that were affected by the windstorm.
