Mr. Parsons came on time and looked at both pieces of property. Taking notes and pictures as he went. Seemed very professional. I paid him while in was there and he left. After 4 weeks I still hadn't received my appraisal, so I called on a Thursday and they said I would have it Monday. Still nothing. Called again said I would have it the following week. Still nothing. Called again. I was told I would get it the following week and they apologized that it was so late because they had more pressing appraisals to get out than mine. I did receive that appraisal the following week. One of the appraisals didn't seem right to me so contacted their office regarding it. That was two weeks ago - still no response. I wish I would have picked a different appraiser that was more responsible.
Description of Work: Performed appraisals on two separate pieces of property for an estate. One open land and one with two houses, barn and out buildings.
