+ 1 moreThings went very well--Scott called 10 minutes before arriving, arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, asked good questions, and then prodeeded to to a great job on the stove.
Description of Work: Scott Lovett from Craft Stoves came to our home to repair our Travis Industries gas fireplace. One of the blowers had failed and routine service was also needed. He was on time, very professional, knew what he was doing, had the parts, and cleaned up well after his work. The cost was what I had been told to expect. I am very impressed by Scott and his associate Ben. They do great work and I would use them again and recommend them.
