They got rid of the bugs. But buyer beware. They had us sign a contract to return every three months. We asked if we could cancel. Oh yes, we could cancel any time, we were told. After the bugs were gone, we didn't want to keep spraying chemicals on bugs that weren't there. When we asked to cancel, we were told of the $95 cancelation fee. Yeah, it's in the contract. But we weren't verbally told of that detail. I despise the deceit and won't use them again. I'd rather have ants on my steak. At least the ants are honest about their business.

They were very prompt and professional. They treated our whole house by drilling holes through the floors of our concrete garages and patios and applying the pesticide, as well as drilling additional holes in the dirt surrounding our home, and applying more pesticide. I believe the company is headquartered in Spokane. We live in Richland, WA and called the toll free number on their website.

One Saturday we found some unknown animal droppings in our garage. We freaked out and started calling pest control companies because we were very scared we had mice. No one answered as it was closing time, but pine past was the only company to call us back and set up an appointment for the next business day. The technician came out, and although he couldn't identify what the droppings were (some kind of undersized rabbit or squirrel he thought just got caught in the garage for the night) he looked in every nook and cranny of our house to make sure there were no other signs of anything crawly or creepy. Didn't even charge us for the visit as he said he didn't need to take care of anything. Super awesome and very professional. Thank you so much for the piece of mind.

Team of 2 people showed, on time. However, rather than perform a 30 min service, they wanted a service contract signed for several hundred dollars. As a resident, I did not think that was necessary. As a landlord, I have dealt many times with many different pest control companies. All simply respond when called and bill per visit.

They always came when nobody was home, we never had notice, they never sprayed our back yard because there was no way for them to get into the backyard unless someone opened the gate for them. Every time they said they sprayed there would still be spiders and wasps. Tried calling them to cancel and they were very rude on the phone. Will never use them again.

We had termite inspection because one of our neighbors had termites. One year later they did an inspection and found no termites. They offer a guarantee that if the termites return they will re-treat with no additional cost and long as it's within a certain time limit. The went around the total barrier of my house and they offer price breaks for re-inspection.
