Headed home from vacation, the check engine light came on. We pulled into the closest town; Moses Lake, Wa; and we were immediately referred to this business. We found the owners of the Family owned and operated business to be very curtious and professional. The business was a clean and comfortable environment. They diagnosed the "check engine" light, with their equipment and we were told that the catalytic converter on our vehicle was bad. We agreed on the replacement of the part and although they were extremely busy with local customers, they went above and beyond to get us back on the road in as soon as they could. After the replacement of our catalytic converter, we were shown the damage to the original one and informed of the possible things that "in their 29 years of experience" could have caused this part to go bad. It was highly recommended to us that we take our vehicle to our mechanic ; to be checked thoroughly; in order to prevent the newly replaced part from being damaged. To us.....this was going above and beyond in customer service. We highly recommend that if you have any automobile issues when traveling through this area, you contact this business. Visiting with the local customers, we got a good idea that there is still "reputable, caring, and quality" service facilities out there. You just have to know where to look!
