Description of Work: I had been cleaning my own carpets for the last 18 years and had company coming and wanted my carpets to look fresh (I didn't want to do them again myself). I opted not to move all the large furniture to help keep the cost down. JRCC did a great job and removed stains that I had been unable to remove myself. They put down a Teflon coating and after almost 3 weeks, and with a lot of traffic on my carpets, I still don't see the stains coming back as they would do after I cleaned them myself. I will definitely call JRCC again.
