I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for some work to be done at my home. I had to take 4 hours off of work to accommodate their scheduling. Two hours after the prearranged appointment time, the technician had still not called or arrived. When I called the company, the office staff said she would call the technician to find out where he was at. The technician called me from a location 45 miles away, stating he would not be able to show up and after giving several excuses he asked me to reschedule the appointment. This is unprofessional all the way around. This cost me money and time. I will no longer use this company and wonder if I should bill them for my 4 hours of lost pay as I am sure they would not forgive a debt of 4 hours of their time. The technician did not seem to care at all about my lost wages.
