HE responded quickly (unlike other local electricians.) The man that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Prices seemed reasonable. We will definitely be rehiring when we are ready to rewire our 1950s home.

these guys are GREAT! Granddaughters house in Ritzville, Old blown fuse box with broken connectors. No power with new baby. Tried fixing but nothing worked. Called they sent Mark over, he was there right away, and got the power back, then came four days later and did a complete replacement with a "correct" fuse box! They were quick, caring, and did an excellent job. Great People, defiantly earned our trust.

The total job was $10,000 which I was okay with however the smoke detectors they installed malfunction all the time they have made three attempts at repairing it now the last one cost me $177.99 and guess what it did not work now they say it is not their fault and I should hire somebody else repair the damage they did And by the way they disconnected one of the four smoke detectors they installed for no apparent reason I paid for that and they just disconnected it

I needed help with a "chirping" smoke alarm unit. Daniel was both knowledgeable and personable. Will use H. E. S. again if I need other electrical service.

Took two LONG visits to fix the problem. (Misdiagnosed the first time.) Repairman was helpful but the customer service from the company was abysmal. Totally rude and when I had a question about the bill, the woman yelled at me and said, we will send you to collections if you don't pay, and hung up on me.

The Installer Daniel, was very professional, focused on project, and completed the job.

I hired HES last year to do an upgrade on our electrical panel. There wasnt a day that went by without our electrical panel popping or power going out. Our house was built in 1962 so it was 58 years old and had nothing done to it. During this process the previous box disintegrated and additional repairs needed to be made! It was a worse case scenario.. it didnt phase HES, they were quick and prompt to take care of the issue and completed the project on time ! Even though there was additional money due to the worse case incident, It was still within my budget guidelines. I have never felt more taken care and received such a great customer service in Moses Lake in a VERY LONG TIME! HES not only took care of the items listed but was polite and very punctual. I would recommend HES ANYTIME AND WITHOUT RESERVATION !! Thank you HES for such good quality work.
