+ -1 moreThey were very honest. They did a great job. They took care of the original problem for me. As I said they broke the piece, then fixed and offered to replace the piece entirely.
Description of Work: I had a large compote device that sat on my dining room table. The threading on the screw had stripped out. They actually broke the piece on accident and told me up front about it. They repaired the piece for free and actually offered to replace the piece for me as well.
