The technician was very professional throughout the time here. He was very diligent removing spots and ensuring that the carpets were well cleaned. He was also very flexible when we asked him to clean a couple of additional rooms. He did not hurry through the work and gave us a good impression that he cared about the quality of work he was doing for us. At the end he made some suggestions and gave us some helpful hints to prolong the life of the carpet. The cost of the work was very reasonable in comparison to other carpet cleaners used in the past. We will definitely use them again.

We called and spoke with Mary. She was extremely nice over the phone. She said who would be out and when they would be out and did give us an estimate over the phone. Steve was the one who came out and he called us in advance to let us know he would be a little late. The fact that he made a point to call and let us know he would be late was significant to us. Steve got stuff out of the carpet that had been there for 5 years. We moved in here about 5 years ago and the Land Lords at that time said the carpets had been cleaned, well it was not evident that the carpet was cleaned. Central Washington Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning definitely made a drastic difference in the appearance in our carpet after the cleaning was finished. They went out of their way as far as I am concerned and they did an absolutely amazing job.
