I hired Michael Gregersen for two projects one installing an Attic ladder and building a Gazebo on my patio. Did a get job on both of them. An the price was resonable for the jobs.

Michael listened well, is certainly skilled & completed the job as requested, however, in the future I would prefer a per project cost rather than a per hour rate.
