If you want great customer service, you do not need to look any further. Finally!! Home Advisory recommended company that A.) Called back promptly, B.) Scheduled time, and ACTUALLY showed up, to do walk through for pre-work estimate, C.). Thrilled Michael showed up, on time, every time. Glad to see someone knows what customer service and customer relations means. Had him doing several things and did not have to baby sit him in order to get it done. Think per hr charge may be a bit high for this area.

Michael is moving out of the state unfortunately.

Michael was great. He was punctual and new exactly what he was doing. The only comment I have is that He is a very interesting guy and a pleasure to talk to. The only problem is that I think for the most part I got charged for the time we were talking. In all honesty though, I have to take some responsibility for that. I will know better next time and we will have to set some ground rules.

Michael is everything you'd want in a handyman. Actually, handyman doesn't describe him, as he is an expert in all aspects of construction. He is punctual, friendly, very neat, and his work is meticulous. He also has great tools. The job may take a little longer, but it will be done right. You get what you pay for.
