+ -1 moreWe didn't end up using OSP because winter weather set in before we could get to the re-roofing project.
Description of Work: So Far we have only received a bid from Tim. However he was very prompt when some of the other roofer’s we contacted either didn’t return our call or made appointment with us only to not show up! We are in the process of a full remodel and just haven’t had a chance to get back to Tim yet.

+ -1 moreWe had hired Tim and his crew for other work and were so pleased with the outcome that we selected them for our reroofing project. We were thrilled with the results. They did a great job and it passed inspection without a problem. Clean up was fast and the whole crew were true professionals. We know that when we have any other projects we will call Tim at OSP Inc. first.
Description of Work: Reroofed 1941 1,210 sq ft home, two car garage and work shed with 40 year architectural, algae resistant shingles. Required laying of new plywood, and removed of old chimney and other issues.

+ -1 moreCan't say enough good about Tim Bowers and his crew. The price was great and the workmanship outstanding. Three windows had to be enlarged with two of them having to meet egress standards. All four windows replaced with energy efficient windows. During the project we changed the specifications with enlarging one of the windows to make it match the other windows on that side of the house. It was no problem for Tim. We also had one 6 foot sliding glass door replaced with an energy efficient one. During the installation some wood rot was found were the old door had leaked. No problem for Tim and his crew. They replaced and repaired the bad spots. Passed the Building Inspection easily. We are so very pleased with everything that was done. We will definitely be using OSP Inc. for other projects we have planned.
Description of Work: Upgraded 4 windows and one 6 foot sliding glass door to improve insulation of home and meet code.
