Really good group to work with (especially Tyler who went above and beyond to make things right after the initial install). Their rates were the most competitive (and sensible) out of multiple bids for a Rivian powerwall charging unit. I would use them again.

You know great service and commitment when the owner is on vacation and still answers his phone in the middle of the night. We had an electrical panel blow and catch on fire, and had the fire brigade out for safety. When the lead Fireman looks at you and says, "you have your electrician coming out right now? Wow, don't see that very often.", you know what unparalleled service this team delivers.

Switch Electric upgraded our electrical service from its original 60A to 200A, added a subpanel and outlet in the garage to support an EV, and a generator plug and transfer switch. Alex and his team did an excellent job over the two days of work. I could not be happier. Great communication and fantastic work. I'm extremely pleased with the end result. I'll be using Switch again for future projects and for anyone looking for a recommendation.

Alex and his crew did an excellent job rewiring our 1930s house. The house had substandard knob and tube wiring throughout and needed to be ripped out and replaced with modern wiring. There were many challenges including lack of crawl space, sub-optimal attic access, and old plaster lath walls. Their skill, precision, and dedication to doing everything "the right way" really shows in the final product. We couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out. The communication was very open and Alex was extremely easy to work with. He made sure to point out any issues and let us know when unexpected obstacles were discovered. His advice and expertise was invaluable and he listened to our input while offering helpful suggestions. Alex and crew did the minimum amount of cutting necessary and had almost surgical precision the way they ran the new cables. They hung all of the new lights we provided and everything looks great now. I would absolutely work with Alex and Switch Electric again in the future. He and his crew are true professionals and really care about the work they do.

The project went very smoothly. A team of three electricians arrived on time and finished much earlier than I expected. It looks great! It feels like we have a new kitchen! The team were able to do the replacement without harming the ceiling at all. Joe also troubleshot a problem with an outlet on our deck that cropped up over the weekend.

I contracted Switch Electric to run different circuits to install various mechanical equipment for better indoor air quality and other work for the kitchen remodel. I'll call Switch Electric again for my electrical needs and recommend them for solid work ethics and strive to get customer satisfaction.

Switch Electric did an excellent job starting from the initial quote, through several planned stages of work, to wrapping up the project. I liked them enough from our previous installation of a natural gas generator that I hired them again to install solar panels. They were very courteous, did good work, and finished ahead of schedule.

Overall excellent job. The installation crew explained the process and consulted us on options on how to run the wiring. They did a great job on placing the conduit and panels and kept us informed of their progress.

I am the "caretaker" of a Class B well and pump that services nine households. In 2015 Switch installed a standby generator so that a power outage does not also cause an interruption in water supply. Over the years they have also provided regular maintenance and responded to the rare but often urgent need for troubleshooting. They have been outstanding in every regard! In my opinion, Switch Electric is a model that other companies would do well to imitate. The owner, Tyler Keezer, sets the tone and standard. He is an outstanding person--bright, knowledgeable, personable, with scrupulous integrity. He has surrounded himself with employees that mirror those qualities. Over the years I have had the pleasure of interacting with many of them and it is clear that they are a close-knit group that take great pride in providing quality service. During an extended power outage last January the well's generator overheated and stopped functioning. It happened early in the evening on a Sunday,...of course! After some unsuccessful troubleshooting of my own I contacted Switch and left a voice mail and text message. I did not expect a response until the beginning of business Monday morning which meant that eight other households (my neighbors) would be starting the day without water. As I began to compose a group message informing them of that fact I received a call from Tyler Keezer. He was just finishing Sunday dinner with his family when he received a copy of my message. He spent nearly an hour helping me work through the problem but when the generator still would not restart his response was immediate and almost casual. The essence was: No worries. My mom has a portable 8 kw unit that she isn't using. I'll pick it up and be at your house in an hour. We'll patch it in and use it until we can figure out the problem. As it turned out, I made one "final" attempt and the generator restarted, continuing without interruption through the remainder of the night. A Switch technician came out the next day and the problem was identified and resolved. Obviously, the fact that it was ultimately unnecessary in no way diminishes Tyler's offer. I think most would agree that it was almost stunningly generous. But, I have come to realize that is simply who Tyler Keezer is. And that is why Switch Electric is such an outstanding company.

I worked with Alex and his team from Switch and they did a fantastic job with our home rewire. I'd recently purchased an older 2100 sqft home with extensive knob and tube plus some questionable DIY electrical work beyond that. Removal of this wiring was a process my wife and I were dreading, and we feared our house would be almost unlivable for months considering the number of walls the K&T was behind. But every picture I showed my friends of our home during the process had them respond with "hey, that's better than expected", and as I sit here writing this review, I'm inclined to agree. For the number of wires removed/redone and for the damage to walls to be "not that bad" is a testament to the exceptional care they took for this job. Additionally, they were timely, organized, and came up with innovative solutions to a number of issues encountered on the job. I ended up also installing roughly 20 cat6 runs and two subpanels in addition to the removal of the K&T, and overall I'm quite pleased with the all of the work done. Highly recommended.
