 + -1 moreThey did a good job, but I think he could have did a little more because sometimes the dishes are not as clean as I would like. They were on time though and the price was reasonable, so I would hire them again.
Description of Work: They repaired my dishwasher because it wasn t heating up enough to wash the dishes properly.

 + -1 moreI KNOW THAT BOB, HIMSELF, WAS THE ONE WHO CAME AND DID THE WORK FOR ME. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND HE HAD THE PARTS THERE WITH HIM, SO HE COULD FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.

 + -1 moreSTEVE HAS AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE BASE OF DIFFERENT APPLIANCES. HE IS ALMOST ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO COME ON THE DAY YOU CALL OR THE NEXT DAY AT LATEST. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE A MOM RELYING ON THAT REFRIGERATOR OR WASHING MACHINE. HE MADE ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS FIXING, SO I WOULD HAVE A BETTER KNOWLEDGE BASE FOR FUTURE PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: STEVE REPLACED THE MOTORIZED WATER/ICE PORTION OF MY REFRIGERATOR. HE ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, ORDERED THE SPECIFIC PARTS, AND RETURNED TO FIX.
