+ -1 moreWe needed to inspect a large bank owned home that had been vacant and vandalized by squatters. Tim went deep under the house, used specialized cameras to look at plumbing repair work to be sure there would be no surprises and prepared an almost 20 page report outlining what needed to be done. Tim gave very helpful advice from lots of experience on negotiating repairs with the bank and a long list of helpful contacts and referrals. I've bought and sold several homes but Tim is hands down the best inspector and advisor I've seen.
