Ed was great. He showed up on time. He did a great job inspecting the interior and exterior of the house. He created a very detailed and professional report about the house in just few hours after he left. The report explains everything that he noticed with clear pictures. Northwest Structural Inspection Services was very professional and easy to work with. The reason for the 4 star review is that the inspector didn't call out the missing door screen and the broken door screen that both I and my realtor asked him to.

Ed is super friendly and answers any an all questions you may have. He does not make you feel like your questions are unreasonable and even offers ways to remedy issues. I had my 10 month old with me and he was very understanding as I had to swoop her up mid conversation or attend to her.I would hire Ed again with no hesitation.

Ed was fantastic! He was patient while trying to setup the appointment through my spotty cell service (by moving over to text) set up the appointment the very next day, and was flexible to the time. He wrote up his report the same night of the inspection, and send it to us right away. Ed also took the time to explain what he was checking, why, and the details of his finding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, answering everyone of our questions. Lastly, his charge was upfront and very reasonable. I would definitely work with him again!
