Kims Drywall was great to work with. They arrived on time for the first appointment, and responded right away with a clear and fair estimate. At every step, they finished on time. They were considerate of the other tenants. They did the work according to our requests. Kims Drywall did quality work in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with Kims Drywall. We highly recommend them and will certainly hire them again. Please note that we NEVER write reviews. However, the Kims Drywall performance on this project (and once before on a project in our own home) was so remarkable that we are posting this review.
Description of Work: We are a 'mom and pop' landlord business. We had 2 of 3 units in a triplex vacant. One unit needed only painting and we took the opportunity to upgrade the bathroom to improve it. The other unit had been occupied for a long time by tenants who never cleaned, and had to be completely gutted (new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, walls, paint, plumbing - everything!
