+ -1 moreIt turned out right. He always showed up when he said he will show up, and did what he said he was going to do. He is great, easy going, and I did not have any problems at all.
Description of Work: He installed a whole bath tub. The whole bathroom was remodelled. He did install the toilet and sink.

+ -1 morePoor workmanship, did not finish job on time. Owner came to us with a sob story on how he needed the money for his family and we paid him, not thinking anything was amiss.....until his supplier leined our house because he didn't pay his bill. We contacted them various times by phone and at their office and still have never been repaid the money we paid his suppliers. In other words.....we paid twice for our plumbing materials.... I wish there was an Angies list back then....

Description of Work: Gunderson took our money to buy parts for a job we hired him to do. He never brought us the parts, never did the job, and he kept our money. Even after repeated attempts to get him to the house, we still have not received the service we paid for. He kept specifying a day that he would come to do the work and then he just wouldn't show up. This happened several times. Now we cannot get him to respond to any of our inquiries.

+ -1 moreI HAD A TOILET THAT WAS ALWAYS PLUGGING UP, SO I REPLACED IT WITH A 'POWER ASSIST' MODEL. AT THE SAME TIME, I HAD MY BATHROOM FAUCETS REPLACED AND MY KITCHEN SINK.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW TOILET, NEW KITCHEN SINK, THREE NEW FAUCETS AND A NEW DISPOSAL FLANGE KIT INSTALLED.
