The service personnel were courteous and polite, the service was done promptly and the cost was fair. Unfortunately, the level of work was not up to par. The roof of the car was either not washed at all, or dirty water was left to dry out up there, proving that no wax job was done on the roof of the car. The door jams and rear hatch surround were possibly rinsed, but no soap was used, as there are still dirty water stains on these areas. When I contacted the company, they were apologetic and willing to put us right by redoing the job, but we preferred to just pay our bill and end our business relationship. Funny thing is, we had scheduled to have three vehicles detailed as a package deal, and the poor job ended the chance they had to do the last two vehicles, and cost them a high paying client. Great phone manners, quick attention, and all the outward evidence of good service....followed by poor workmanship. If they want to stay in business, they are going to need to improve their skills.
