TL Concrete

Terry and his son destroyed our home. Judgement from Oregon Builders Board was $217,000 damage. Turns out he was also unlicensed to work in Idaho and Oregon. Never received one cent of the judgement. The owner and family are unlicensed contractor crooks!

I hired Tech Light in Oct of 2007, they poured the concrete in November. The men that poured the concrete were very professional and did a great job. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to when the remainder was to be paid. Terri left me an extremely hostile voicemail saying that he would place a lien on my house if I did not pay him. I explained that I had misunderstood and paid him that day. Thereafter I had to call many times about finishing the job and staining the concrete. In June of 2008, I continued to call and try and schedule the staining of my concrete. I was frequently dismissed, rarely called back, and was scheduled but then cancelled two times. In October of 2008 the work was still not finished and I demanded my deposit back. Eventually I was able to get my deposit back and had to finish the job myself.
