Mole Masters

10 years in this service provider but i'm looking for a new one now because they've changed a lot. they have higher prices,and not flexible, i don't want to give my credit card number because i don't want to share it to people that i didn't know.

They were very promp and on time every Friday..Got rid of all moles for the season..

Amazing! We have had moles and used Moles Masters since 2012. We have moles that tend to be persnickety and evade traps. Mole Masters does an expert job of outsmarting them. This past round, they caught four moles. We will call them back when the moles decide to drive on the mole superhighway that is our yard.

appointment made; showed up on time (actually a little before); explained procedure / price; set traps. within one day mole mounding ceased; remover returned in 1 week; disposed of mole in trap and reset; no further mole problems; returned after 30 days and removed all equipment. excellent, fast and efficient service

I was going insane when a mole took up residence in my yard. My exterminator gave me contact info for Mole Masters. I researched them and sent an email. They offered to come over the very next day. It took several weeks - apparently I had a very smart one who managed to elude the traps. Finally in week 3 - SUCCESS! One little critter caused so much damage and I was so grateful to be rid of this thing. HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were quick to respond, quick to set up the traps and got the job done!

After a couple visits, it was trapped and gone.

great except for the moles keep coming

We tried this provider twice to trap a number of moles wreaking havoc on our property. Both times (over the course of 8 weeks) they caught only 1 of the moles. We continued having mole problems throughout the service period and afterwards.

Caught 2 moles within 24 hours of setting the traps as the activity stopped immediately. Caught a third mole the second week! No new mole activity the next two weeks and then they picked up the traps. Outstanding service by Nick and Brian!

It would be nice if they have more traps for the $200 a week. They took care all of that. They were competitive. They cut a total of three or four moles. We have moles run every where. They did what they could. I would have liked to have traps everywhere. Through the number of traps they set at least caught one in each trap. They were good. They checked it every week to have a virus, they were right on it. They were fine. They were very professional.

Initial contact/schedule had to be postponed by me-no problem Contractor showed up as scheduled - friendly, personable, efficient - explained procedure; set traps Mole was secured within one week and disposed of Tech/inspector checked weekly for entire month - no further problems Removed traps and provided review and what to do if additional mole problem occurs within 6 months Excellent job; would definitely use again.

Mole problem was eliminated. Good customer service, set up 3 traps and checked them weekly over the course of 2 months.

I tried taking care of my mole problem over a two year period. I had limited success if any. I tried it all. I have three different types of traps...smoke bombs...flares... poison worms...stuffing the holes with dry ice hoping to suffocate those menacing critters. So I finally gave in and called Mole Masters after reading the reviews. Kyle was the mole master that took care of my problem. He caught a total of 3 moles over a 4 week period. It's now been two months and no mole activity. Kyle was polite and got straight to business. I would not hesitate to call them back if I see future mole activity.

They are very responsive and the moles have been eliminated whenever I have called them out.

They were there over a several month period. Their price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job, but I did not have to pay them until they had done it all, which was over a month-plus time frame.

Got rid of 2 moles and no mole activity since.

Week one - set the traps. Week two - caught two moles, one in the front yard, one in the back yard. Week three - caught one mole in the front yard Week four - caught one mole in the back yard. No sign of any mole activity since.

It has been going great. I have been using them all summer and we have caught a total of about 8 moles. They are on time and very efficient.

We were very pleased with the service and results and will definitely consider a follow up service schedule at the discounted price if the mole activity becomes troublesome in the spring.

They were excellent. They had excellent service and provided updates along the way.

Within one month, they had caught two moles. I am happy with their service and they will not charge a set-up fee again if I need their services within six months. Their techs were on-time, considerate of our animals & property and informative. I would consider hiring them again in the future, if needed.

Beginning in late January, Mole Masters has set and monitored three mole traps in my back yard. The results have been spectacular..by early March they had caught 7 moles and my yard is only about 1200 square feet! The battle continues until two weeks pass with no captures. Shane and Travis are experts in siting mole traps and diligently monitoring them on a weekly basis. !

They know their business, I would hire them again.

They caught the little bugger!! It all went very well. I will use them again if I get more moles in the future.

No chemicals (we have dogs) and traps are covered with a green small bucket - very discrete - staked into the ground so other animals can't disturb them. Wonderful!
