Description of Work: Mole removal. They did take care of mole. Unfortunately another mole came several weeks later after our month of service was completed, which is often the case. They give you a bit of a discount. Now caught more moles.

Description of Work: I had been using a service that used poison and who said it would work and didn't. I finally decided to call someone else as the moles were making a mess of my lawn. Mole Masters was able to come the day after I called and caught two moles within the first week. They did say that it sometimes takes longer to catch the moles, bur I was very happy that they solved the problem. After the set up fee, they charge $75 per mole and they keep your file open for six months, so if moles come back, they will come out, set traps and only charge for each mole. I have had mole problems in the past and will definitely call Mole Masters if/when I have a problem again.

Description of Work: First visit they set the traps (3). They came and checked the traps each week (4 times total). Two moles were caught, and now we are mole free! Mole Masters were great, very professional. They are a little pricey but the results speak for themselves. I would definitely use the company again. Great experience.

Description of Work: First service is $250 for 4 visits (1x/wk - 4wks) - mine started in late March. Came to house and walked with me to hear my concerns and see mole activity - educated me - confirmed it looked like moles. Caught 3 in the 4 weeks. About 2 months later more activity (moles re-populate the existing tunnel network - good for Mole Masters...). New rep and different day of the week but caught mole in week 1 and none in subsequent 3 visits (and no more activity). Mole Masters saved my brand new lawn - the moles never got there! I highly recommend - good service - good value.

Description of Work: Mole Masters has been great to work with. Shane has been to our house to set traps and checked them for 4 months. He has caught and buried at least 7 moles. We have been very pleased with Mole Masters and will use them again if the moles return.

Description of Work: They came out weekly for 4 weeks to set and check the traps in my yard. Initial visit was scheduled quickly and they always called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. Problem was addressed and they do have a policy where they will come back at a lesser price if you have another issue within the following couple of months.

Description of Work: They got their mole! Four traps were set and after the first week/check there was the mole, and thankfully there was only one. No hassle, happy to use them again should we have the need.

Mole Masters came out within a few days, placed four traps, and caught 4 moles in four weeks. They were very pleasant and professional, explaining all they were doing. I will call them again if the moles return.

Description of Work: Mole Masters set 4 traps at various locations on my property. One each week, Shane would come and check the traps and reset if necessary. If the trap caught a mole, he would dispose of the same. I never would have solved the mole problem without their help. The initial set-up is somewhat expensive, but the continued service after one month is reasonable.
