Mole Masters in Milton, WA is highly recommended. They came over, set up and did a "mole check" every Monday. Unfortunately, we waited longer than we should have to contact them. Otherwise, it might have been only 1-2 moles. They are professional, knowledgeable and know their moles! Call them! Worth every dollar!

I called several vendors and got a response from Mole Masters pretty quickly. I called during their busiest season so it was not unexpected that it took about a week or so for them to get me setup. In the first week, the traps caught 2 moles and I don't see any new mounds in my yard. They keep the traps in place for about 4 weeks for the initial service and I'm into my second week. I don't know what to expect in terms of catching more moles. The guys who came by last said there are usually on one as they are territorial in nature. Anyway, I'm satisfied with the service so far. Would have probably given them straight A's across the board if weren't for delay in getting me setup -- which was probably due to heavy seasonal loads. Only thing I would say would be improvement is to actually take dead moles away and not leave them in my yard waste container. It smelled up the container for a while -- little unpleasant.

Called and they said they were going to come and provide the mole removal service but they never showed up.

Easy to work with. They trapped two moles over the course of 4 weeks. A little expensive but they got the job done.

Expensive, but they get the job done. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Never had a problem.

The service was prompt. The provider always called a couple of days before to remind me of the inspection visit and the on-site personnel always knocked to indicate they were onsite to do work and knocked again to say they were done for the day. The first week, they caught two moles. The next two weeks were quiet but they noted new mole activity in the neighbour's lawn and renewed rodent activity in the existing mole tunnels. The last week, they caught the mole from the neighbour's lawn moving into our lawn. We're happy with the results and the personnel. If we find more mole activity in the future, we will use Mole Master (Milton) again.

They had a slow start in the first two weeks they didn't catch anything, but between the 2nd and third week they finally caught the culprit. They were good at showing up when they said they would on a weekly basis, but I had a hard time reaching them by phone when I had questions. Very professional and they know their business well.

They are very responsive and extremely reasonable. I live on a green belt near a river so it can be somewhat complicated, but they have offered me a week of service for free. I am very pleased with them!

Called the company and spoke with the owner Nick, who explained their process. I found him to be very knowledgable and experienced in the mole trapping business so we set up an appointment. His representative arrived at the scheduled time and did a through inspection of my property for mole activity. He set up 4 traps around my yard. He was able to answer all my questions. The owner, Nick, came out on two of the weeks to personally inspect the traps. I found them to be very professional and enjoyable to work with. They did an excellent job and the follow- up was completed as contracted. They were successful in trapping three moles and I no longer have mole hills in my garden and lawn. I am totally satisfied with the job done.

It took a little longer than I had hoped, but in the end the mole was eliminated.

The service was good. They were responsive, and they did everything they said they would do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have used the Mole Masters for a long, long time. Moles just seem to like my yards. These guys are great, they come when they say they will (and will come when you are not home if you wish) and do what they do. You pay a base fee for the service, and then a per-mole fee based on what they catch. It really is the only way to go.

I have used Mole Masters three times. Once in my yard and twice when I was in charge of the maintenance of a 5 acre waterfront property. They charge by the mole which is perfect (I filled in $200 because I had to fill in some amount. I think they charged about $50 a mole. In any case, they turned out to be much cheaper than other services I used). They work hard to make sure they have all the moles. I like the people and they do a great job.

I called and they told me when the would be in neighborhood. there is an annual setup fee.. Came when the said they would. Setup traps, returned within the week to check traps and dispose of moles. They had to return a month or so later to remove a new mole. Very friendly and nice. No problems with my dog and kids.

After an initial mix up on the scheduling and service date, the owner's son arrived at my house to ascertain if someone from their company had actually been there as I was uncertain if there would be any visible signs of servicing. To his chagrin, they had not serviced the property. He apologized and quickly went about accessing where it would be best to set the traps and explained to me how the mole(s) would be dispatched. He clearly enjoys his work and seemed very knowledgeable in mole behavior. After setting the traps he told me they would check them within a week which they did with no success but the following week a mole was disposed of. They left the traps for an additional week with no other moles trapped. We are hopeful that it was just the one.

He caught one mole right away and my problem was solved. It's $50 per mole for removal (they either bury it in your yard or bag it and throw it in your garbage) plus a $175 yearly fee for ongoing service. Considering that I have no more mole problems (at least for now), I think that was a fair price. Nick was professional and reliable and I would definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

They can actually capture the mole, rather than using repellents.

I don't remember how much they charged me, but I pay him per mole so they did not charge me an hourly rate. I have used them at my home as well. I don' think that there were any surprises that came up.
