There were a couple of electrical items I needed fixed, so I hired Kanon Electric and I am beyond pleased. They arrived on time, did everything I asked, were reasonably priced and even vacuumed up the remains of their work. The young journeyman electrician who arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this wonderful company. Doing the happy dance in Federal Way. I wish there was a AAAAA rating, Kanon would receive it. I will have them on speed dial.

He ended up not being able to service my area. He let me know so it was fine.

Went off without any problems. Both gentleman called ahead and said they would be there ahead of the scheduled time, When they got to my house both gentleman split up the work. One re-wired some faulty lights in the kitchen while the other re-wired and adjusted some lighting fixtures in my garage. Both worked very expediently and got everything done that I requested in an hour and 15 minuets. The allotted time was two hours. Both cleaned up after their work and even took credit cards on the spot for payment. Its been a little over a month and I have had no problems since.

Great customer service from the person who answered my call and did scheduling to the technicians who did the work. He was very good at explaining things. I were very pleased overall.

I thought it went great. Michael B. remembered every little thing I wanted done and did it all really quickly and cleanly. He was great at explaining everything to me that could and could not be done, due to the peculiarities of the wiring in my house. And he was training an apprentice at the same time. Really professional, and personable, too.

In approximately an hour I had every electrical problem that had been bugging me fixed! Very polite, prompt and professional. Like that company sent me a picture of who was going to show up on the service call. I had an Angies Big Deal that I paid $149 for -it gave me $399 of service. My service call would have cost me $230 if I had not had Angie's special. I am very pleased and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael was the electrician that performed the work. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done on time and on budget and we would highly recommend him and Kanon Electirc for any future work.

The technician was very prompt, listened well to what I wanted done. He performed the services very efficiently, explained the problems and answered my questions so that I understood easily. This is my new electrical go-to company!

Doug came to my home to help me with moving 220 power for a dryer due to some remodeling that we were doing. I thought that I was going to have to install a new beaker but he found out that my water heater use to be electric (now it's gas was like that when we bought it) he not only saved me money not having to put in a new breaker he disconnected a live wire that was hanging loose with no wire nuts in my furnace room! He was very knowledgeable about the electrical in the home and explained everything so well I actually learned a few things, he nicely tucked all the wires behind the drywall and it looked like the outlet was put in when the room was built. Thanks again Doug I really appreciate your work and knowledge!

From start to finish the customer experience was positive. Answered the initial call promptly, set proper expectations for the initial appointment and arrived on time. The electrician that handled the job was very courteous and pricing was strait forward. After the job was completed I found a problem with the installation but it was resolved promptly to my satisfaction. I would definately recommend Kanon Electric and I will most certainly use them again.

We usually go through a selection process by narrowing the field of providers down to three then asking for proposals. The "narrowing" process is based upon the provider's location in relationship to our home, and Angie's List reviews. I e-mailed 3 electrical service companies through Angie's List. I received an immediate response from one of them with a quote of $532, sight unseen. A second company, Kanon Electric called by telephone and quoted a fee of $59 to send a technician to scope out the problem and give me and estimate. The 3rd company is yet to call or e-mail. Kanon Electric said they would have a tech, Michael, out the very next morning (I was calling in the afternoon) between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. He called me at 8:00 AM sharp, I had not even returned home from dropping my son off at high school. We agreed to meet at my house. Michael assessed the situation, gave me his quote and got to work. He even topped off his job by fixing some loose connections in our garage lights before he left. Professional, concerned about cleanliness, knowledgeable, prompt, concerned, and a fast worker. It was an economical, painless fix.

Very professional job. Great looking truck and uniforms. Clean employees. Very thorough with the inspection. The owner told me what I had, what was not-working, what was working, and gave me a briefing regarding smoke detectors, how they work, what they do, the industry standards for detectors, and the opportunity to obtain detectors that detect smoke from two types of fires as well as carbon monoxide and natural gas. I was told what the local code required and not pushed to buy anything 'extra." I was also given the opportunity to sign up for a program where my home would be inspected every 11 months, I would receive discounts for work done, and I would be able to have my smoke detectors replaced when they reached the end of their "industry standard" life. There was NO "hard sell." I was given the opportunity to have NO work done, and I was given the opportunity to select two different types of smoke detectors. I was not obligated to buy anything, and since I not only needed, but wanted my smoke alarms replaced (three of them were well-beyond their industry standard life, one of which -- the one in the upstairs hallway -- was complete inoperative), the fee for the service call was waived. I was also given the opportunity to have friends/family receive a free home electrical inspection with the same, "no obligation to buy anything" opportunity. I have already passed on this opportunity to friends and family and I will assume at least a few of them will take advantage of the offer.
