I will use Kanon's service again in the future with some fixture projects. Even though there was a hiccup on the appointment time, they made good and came out right away. Good customer service. I have recommended them to my family.

The service was great. Willy was professional, personable. It was great that he was on time which I appreciated. Also he had all the stuff that he needed on the truck with him and that was a real plus. The only thing was it took a bit longer than I thought it was going to take but he did find and fix the problem. Based on the problem, it cost more than expected but understandable due to the repairs. This is a historical house. Their response was incredibly fast. Literally, Kanon Electric called within 30 seconds of my submitting the request. I was still on the computer. They were the 1st to call and got the job.

They did a great job on a some what difficult project. Only contractor that mentioned possible issues the city insp. might have and checked with the city before we even hired him. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

The work fast an efficient. I called them out to look at the project and they came out the same day and repaired the project quickly.

Trouble shot a weird electrical. for a reasonable price

Despite an initial glitch with scheduling, James was quick to address our electrical needs in a timely manner. A wiring issue done by the previous contractor was noted and corrected by Kanon. We were impressed with his courtesy and desire to ensure he took very good care of his customer. Would use again.

Did a good job, even did a few other things!

Jim was a straight forward guy, did excellent work, and reduced his price after seeing the job was less involved than anticipated. There was a little mix-up on scheduling the permit inspection as the property was unoccupied but he put that right at the first opportunity. Good solid contractor and I recommend him to anyone wanting to change out their breaker panel.

Excellent communicator. Email or phone. Good quality work and knows what he is doing. Right on budget with no deviation. Have hired Jim to wire up a generator panel for emergency use in my home. Pending scheduling. Jim did a complex kitchen reside. Removed standard plugs and added under cabinet angled plugs with new under cabinet lighting. Jim supplied high quality lighting and angled plugs. Really happy with the work he did. Thanks Kanon Electric.
