Jim and his crew have done several jobs for us at our home and shop in Auburn. To describe the service in a nutshell I would say “Professional”! They arrive on time, every time. They came on time and completed the work quickly. They even returned a couple weeks later to adjust the light to better cover the walkway. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for future electrical work.

Fast and great good preformed in a timely matter

I knocked customer service due to my having to call on the original appointment day after the time frame given expired. when he did show, Jim was apologetic and polite but had the wrong part due to an error in the ordering system. It would seem that when part in the panel that should never be broken, is, it makes it hard to find. However when they finally got the part to repair my panel the work was quick and good quality.

The electrician was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Once he was completed he did a quick inspection of outlets and pointed out anything that is not to code and corrections needed.

Despite the sales pitch, they were very knowledgeable, quick and had to go out their way to fix a problem they found in my breaker box. Reasonable price paid by me. I am referring them to my Sister as she has electrical issues with strange lighting and circuits.
