If I could give Jim more than five stars, I would do so! We needed upgrades to the outlets in our home, as well as troubleshooting/repair of a room without electricity, installation of outlets in kitchen and outdoors, a grounding rod, a bathroom exhaust fan and an overhead light in our living room, and (as it turns out) rewiring of several lights in our basement. Jim was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced. After discovering a major problem, he worked until 10:30pm to ensure the project was completed and ready for inspection. We would recommend Jim to anyone! We will definitely call him again!

I had 4 different light fixtures to be installed in my project to update the canned lights in my house. Jim was very professional and knowledgable. He showed respect for my home by protecting the floors and cleaning up. He did an excellent job of installing them. I would definately recommend Kanon Electric for any electrical needs.

Electrician was in the area for same day service. Assessed the work, estimated time and materials and was finished in 1 1/2 hours. Very competent, professional and friendly.

Jim of Kanon Electric, Inc. installed my chandelier (where there was no light beforehand) and switch after going into my attic to install the electric for the lamp. He was very personable and professional. He cleaned up the work site before he left. It was a pleasure to have him do thhis work for me, and I would absolutely hire him again for any electrical needs I had in my house.

The electrician was very accomodating of my weekday schedule and agreed to a late afternoon start time. He showed up on time and was very diligent about his work. He took great care installing our wall sconces and tidied up our family room before leaving. I would definately use Kanon Electric again and certainly recommend them to my friends.

Jim, was very well qualified and we could tell he knew what he was doing. Other experiences, we've had, we so appreciated the confidence that he reflected. Our Inspector, told us we got a phenomenal job, also. A definite great experience in hiring this Contractor.

Great price, great job in a quick time.

Jim was polite and well informed. He offered a highly competitive bid. He told us of improvements to be made in the wiring (our house had some DIY wiring/splicing that really needed J boxes). He noticed things that were not up to code, and was very helpful in making suggestions. He even arranged for the electrical inspector to come out. We felt very fortunate to have had his services -- and he even came in UNDER BUDGET! Thanks Jim :)

Jim was able to come out the same day I called. What I thought was an issue with a fuse in the panel, ended up being something else entirely. Jim was very professional, thorough, and the fee was reasonably priced. I will need a panel update soon and he will definitely get a request to do this project as well. Jim was great. Very polite and efficient. He was timely and did a careful and meticulous job. Replacement of my electrical panel ended up being more complicated then either Jim or I had anticipated and Jim put in long hours to make sure I had power by that evening. So he put in more than extra time and effort to get everything completed and to code.

I was very happy with the work and quote until paying the bill. Then I found out I was paying for two elecyricians when the quote was for an hourly wage only . This was misleading.
