GS Design

In a word, Great! Greg from GS Design was the perfect person for us and our needs of an architectural designer. His approach matched our needs perfectly and he delivered above and beyond on all fronts. We first met with Greg and explained our plans, he measured the existing house and produced beautiful, permit quality plans of the existing house, and the full remodel. Several times, we asked Greg to change or modify the plans, to better suit our needs and these changes were always completed without hesitation or resistance. Occationally, Greg would direct us in the proper path, if our desires we're not possible or plausible. He always did this with professionalism and tact. At completion, Greg supplied us with a complete set of drafted plans to submit to both the Structural Engineer and the City Permit Office. Our inspector and our contractor were both very pleased with the quality and detail of the plans. Although we have not completed our full remodel yet, the plans from GS Designs have been a great asset to keep us focused and moving forward. Thank you to Greg @ GS Design!

Great! Greg Still of GS Design was most helpful, and patient, with all steps of the project. He helped us create a design that fit our budget and our tastes. He did not impose his thoughts or ideas on our wishes, yet helped us make better decisions about our remodel. He was a huge asset to this phase of our project.
