Creekside Tile & Stone LLC

We purchased our tile at a local box store and had some serious problems with size/color variations that had to be worked through during this project. R and R were very patient as we worked out the supply issues and they were still able to get the job done on schedule. My wife is very pleased with the fit and finish of the tile installation and how professional the Creekside Tile guys were. We will use them when we complete our house remodel and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

We contacted the few vendors who provide stone floor refinishing. They are very busy and Creekside actually came out and gave us a quote and could start the work soon. We hired them to refinish our extensive stone floors in our recently purchased home. They basically cleaned and sealed the floors and didn't do any honing. We were very disappointed. We had asked if they had the equipment necessary and they said they did. Instead of a large floor machine, they used a handheld sander in a few places. In holes they used a mismatched grout which my husband dug out and replaced while they were working on the job. We communicated our disappointment extensively with them and they kept promising they could do the work, so we kept them on. They did not clean the woodwork which they had splashed cleaner on. On a better note, they did clean and regrout a shower which was done nicely.

I wanted to have porcelain tile with radiant heating installed in my kitchen. I contacted companies for bids. My initial contact here was great, an appointment was set up and I actually needed to adjust the time. Rob showed up, went over all I needed, asked questions, I asked questions and he was very professional. This was a Wednesday. A couple days later, via text (preferred way per Rob) I clarified an item for the bid. I rec'd a response that a bid would be complete the next day. Nothing. No bid was ever received, no text or call or letter nothing. I ended up using a different contractor, John Erwin Remodeling, who I have been very pleased with.

They were great guys, they listened to you and if was plausible they did it or told you why it wouldn't work. I plan on having them remove the carpet that is over hardwood floors in the spring. I know if there are any unforeseen problems they can work them out.

Everything went fine. They were always on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent work. We received multiple bids and Creekside, while not the lowest, was very detailed and professional. Ray and Rob are a father and son team who really know their business.

They did great! They were quick, neat and clean, fairly priced! I was very happy with the finished bathroom floor! I will use them again in the future!

It is a family busniess father and son. They listen to you and are very experienced and between them they have well over 20yrs of experience and they know where to go. I have a 23yr old house and they found the pink grout that I used 23yrs ago and they recommended instead of sanded grout to go with the new aproxy grout so you don't have to seal it anymore. I was so pleased because they went out of their way to find this aproxy grout that I needed. They did a beautiful job, very reasonable, and very punctual. They checked in after I contacted them they called back the same evening and came out the next day and started working and in two trips they had it all done. They were so respectful of my time and property and they did a wonderful job on time as expected and put in extra time.
