Description of Work: After having the furnace inspection by Anderson Nesler, the furnace fan turning on 24/7 and we were unable to turn it off when we did not need it. As a result we had to pay much more on gas/power bill on this month. We called and scheduled 2 different appts., to fix the problem one mentioned above and to do inspection on the different house. He came back to fix the problem but cxed the other appt on the spot . When I questioned the reason for cancellation he was yelling/screaming at me. I had a very scary moment that time thinking I was going to be attacked as I was the only one in the house. I would never ever use this company again.

Anderson Nesler Company, Inc.'s goal is complete customer satisfaction. Customer had called for maintenance on a very old furnace. Maintenance was completed and customer called back a few days later, stating that the fan on the furnace kept running. At this time, the customer stated that there was a separate residence that also needed maintenance, would it be possible to complete both on the same day. The appointment was scheduled for the problem residence and customer was told at time of scheduling we would proceed to the second residence if there was time, otherwise, we would be able to do the second residence later in the week. The time between the maintenance and fixing the fan issue was minimal and would not have caused an excessive increase in the power bill, as stated. The Tech. fixed the problem at the first residence and explained there wasn't time to proceed to the next residence that day. After explaining this to the customer , the Tech offered to schedule the maintenance and it would be done FREE of charge. The customer grew angry and proceeded to scream at the Tech while the Tech tried to resolve the issue. Customer called the office after the tech had left, to voice her concerns. While sympathetic to her anger, our Tech’s do not need to be subjected to screaming. Customer was again offered to schedule the second maintenance, free of charge. Customer did not take us up on the offer.

Description of Work: Absolutely outstanding service! I love these guys.! After a voltage surge blew out our two 20 year old Rheem furnaces, Scott came over to inspect, and or repair. As I suspected, it was not feasible or economical to fix them. They gave us a very fair bid to replace the 2 furnaces with new 95% Rheem gas furnaces. A few days later they showed up at 8 am, as stated, to install the 2 furnaces, 2 new air cleaners and ducting. Scott & Charlie did it in one day! Boy did they hussle, and they stayed until we had heat...which was until 9:30 at night. These guys worked 13 hours straight thru. I made them some sandwiches for dinner....as they were not even going to stop for that. I wish all service people could be as forthright, honest and hardworking as Charlie and his crew.
