+ -1 moreOn Friday night, a toilet started to overflow. That night, Joaquin showed up to clear the main line to the sewer. Unfortunately, he discovered that it couldn't be cleared due to tree roots. Saturday morning he returned with Mike, and the two of them set to work clearing tree roots and replacing the pipe. The damage was pretty extensive and they finished late Sunday afternoon. Throughout the process, both were completely professional and helpful. They kept me updated with their findings and progress. Once done, they were careful to make sure they left my front yard looking its best. They also provided as much information as possible for my Home Owner's Insurance claim. This was my third time using 24/7 Plumbing and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs. Joaquin in particular is wonderful to work with even when the situation is an unpleasant one.
Description of Work: Replaced a section of the main line to the sewer in the front yard.
