Description of Work: A tiny damp patch was developing on the ceiling in the hall suggesting an upstairs leak. Drain Doctors was able to find the leak and fix it in one visit, which was really important to us as we had guests coming to stay the next day!

Description of Work: I took the Big Deal from The Drain Doctors for a $59 for a Toilete Tune-up AND plumbing inspection. One of my toilets had been running consistently for a couple of months. He fixed this and put new parts in. He examined the other three toilets which were OK. He looked at the water faucet in the kitchen and gave recommendations. He also examined the water tank and asked if there was anything else that I would like him to inspect. I was considering doing some up-grading in my bathroom, and we discussed the pros and cons. of certain areas.I found him very honest, and he did not push me in areas that he could easily have done so. I will definitely use them again when I need plumbing services.

 + -1 moreOur tile contractor recommended Drain Doctor to do the Plumbing work we needed done when we had some tile work done in 2 of our bathrooms. Our technician, Casey, was puncutual, courteous, pleasant, neat, and answered all of our questions. Doing the job right was his number 1 priority. We would definitly use Drain Doctor again.
Description of Work: Installed a 50gal. water heater. Removed and reinstalled 2 bathroom sinks. Replaced 4 bathroom faucets, Removed and reinstalled 2 toilets and replaced the "guts" on 3 toilets.

 + 0 moreCalled one outfit on Angie's List and left a message; never called me back. It sounded like I had called a residence and the family message machine took my call. After hanging up, I wondered why the individual didn't have a cell to respond to calls. I then called The Drain Doctors - from Angie's List. The phone was answered immediately; the gentleman stated he was currently on a job and would call me back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, he called me back and asked what he could do for me. I gave described my problem and told him I considered it a non-emergency. We made an appointment for the following Monday at 11 a.m. I worked on the problem myself on Saturday and Sunday and was able to clear the clogged line; I called back and canceled the appointment. In doing so, I told the gentleman that I would use him in the future if I needed their services, because of their response to me and the positive attitude I experienced over the phone.He thanked me and we parted ways

I even got to ask for my favorite guy, Casey & he came out to check on my sink. It turns out I just have a bad dishwasher.
