I didn't end up having him come out to service my washer, but his quick assessment saved me time and money. I so appreciate his honesty, and I will absolutely call him for any future repair needs.

After calling both local and national service providers Sno-King was able to get me the quickest appointment for my washer. I called on Monday and he said they could be out by Thursday. Big name national guys wouldn?t be out for 8 days and other locals said I would have to wait a couple of weeks until after Christmas. I will say I wasn?t confident in their service because when I first called Sno-King I got voice mail, usually for me this is a bad sign. I left a message and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised when received a call back in just a few minutes and the appointment window was just 2 hours (between 10AM and noon); everyone else I had talked to provided appointment windows of 4 to 6 hours at best. After discussing the washing machine issue with Ray, he advised that he was concerned the problem may be the control board and warned me that it could be an expensive repair and I may want to consider replacing the 10 year old machine. His frank & honest advise gave me the opportunity to do some comparison shopping to be prepared for the worst. On the day of service Ray arrived promptly at 10 and got right to work. As it turns out, Ray was right. The control board was fried and I ultimately ended up purchasing a new washer, but his open and honest quote and diagnostic work was well worth the $60 service call and I was confident that I was making the best financial decision for my rental property. Thank you Ray, and job well done!

Technician was prompt and fixed the leak in about 15 minutes with a repair kit specifically for frigidaire dishwashers.

We suspected a leak from the back of our fridge. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem, had the correct part on hand, and fixed it.

He came to look at my dishwasher which was making grinding sounds. During our initial phone conversation he gave me his travel fee which was very reasonable when compared to similar providers. He arrived on time, was quick and professional in his assessment of my problem and resolved it. I am very pleased with Ray's service and highly recommend him.

Scheduled a 2 hour period between 9a - 11a. He arrived before 9:30a. He found the problem but needed to get a part. So came back in the afternoon with the replacement part, took about 30 mins to fix.

The service was excellent, I'd hire him again in a second!

I called yesterday morning to make an appointment and Ray said he could be out between 4 and 6 that afternoon. He was here at 4 and had the element replaced in about half and hour. I was impressed that he was able to come out so quickly and was very punctual. I would definitely call them again if needed!

I have a GE Profile dryer that alternately wouldn't turn on/wouldn't turn off, and a GE wall oven that would beep to indicate it was up to temperature when it was not. Sno-King came out and examined both appliances. Although there was a time range of 11-1pm he showed up around 11, which was really nice. With the wall oven the most likely culprit was the sensor, but his testing showed that was not the issue. It was a problem with the control board, which is no longer made for this old oven. The dryer also had a problem with the control board, which makes sense considering the problems it is exhibiting. Unfortunately that part is also not available. No repairs were made because the parts were not available. I appreciated the punctuality, and honest diagnosis in addition to the very reasonable trip charge. Sucks to have to buy new appliances, but that's home-ownership for you.

Excellent all around. Prompt, courteous, clean, and a quick diagnosis and repair. Would definitely use them again.

If I get a re-occurrence of the problem I would get this company to come back, and I would use them for any other appliance problem that I might encounter. They were very professional.

The gentleman who came was very nice. However, after poking around for a time, he told me I needed a new control board for my Kitchen Air double drawer dishwasher. I had another company come out for a second opinion (the company I bought the dishwasher from). They found the problem was simply a hose had been placed in the wrong position - that's why it wouldn't drain properly. He fixed it for the price of a service call.

Showed up on time; does a good job with repairs in a timely manner and leaves job site clean He responded to my repair request within 1 week and fixed the appliance if possible, and after 1 repair suggested that it was time to replace the appliance. He recommended a brand that he had found to be as good as any. It was a mid price brand, neither high or low end.

He was here about fifteen minutes from start to finish and have the job done. He was really good.

They are very professional and efficient in their service, and I will continue to use them in the future as well as recommend them to others. Another thing worth noting is that his prices are a cut above the rest when compared to his competitors.

Sent information about a failed dryer at my rental house. Sno-King responded promptly and took care of the matter at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use in the future for any appliance repairs.

The provider was very familiar with both appliances and was done within an hour. Would refer to friends and use again.

My washing machine stopped working on New Year's eve. I called Sno King on the 2nd of January. They scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. They were able to get it working again but took down the number of the machine in case the timer went bad because that's what seemed to have happened. It's working fine now but if it happens again, they will be totally prepared to work on it if they have to order the part.

The provider arrived when he said he would, gave a diagnosis quickly and asked whether I wanted to complete the work. Upon my assent, he went out to the truck to get the necessary parts and completed the work.

Ray came out to look at our dishwasher and dryer, both of which were behaving badly. He fixed the washer that day and the dryer the next. He was very professional and reasonably priced!

When he arrived, I showed him where the dishwasher was in the kitchen. He started repairing the dishwasher. I was trying to start a conversation with him about the dishwasher. He was very quiet and didn't say anything. In fact, my daughter said and quot;Mom you were doing most of the talking.and quot; When he had opened the dishwasher, he started working on it and I had a sticky note in the dishwasher to remind me not to forget about the rinsing dispenser because I needed him to take a look at it because it leaked. He just took the sticky note off and said and quot;We don't need this.and quot; I told him about it, but he just ignored it like it was no big deal. To me it was because every time I filled it with Jet Dry it would leak. When I told him about this, he just shrugged his shoulder. He NEVER said a word to me just showed me what was in the dishwasher that was making the noise and the cost of the repair--very unfriendly. So the rinsing dispenser was never fixed. I'm not going to call another appliance company to come out to fix it and pay twice, so it never was fixed and it still loses the rinsing agent. I will never use Ray with Sno-King Appliance.

I was tremendously impressed by the quick, competent diagnosis of the problem. The repair was completed very quickly. My dishwasher has been running great ever since. I'm completely happy with the work.
