Description of Work: Ray responded quickly to my service request and was able to give an appointment in a reasonable time frame. He needed to order a part and we were able to schedule a follow up appointment right then. I had to reschedule and he was easy to work with to schedule a different date.

Description of Work: My washer wasn't washing or draining well. They looked at it tested it and said it was running fine/normally. I still think it's not running the way it should so I'm very frustrated.

Description of Work: Dishwasher wouldn't turn on. Ray came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch. Came back the next day with the part and the dishwasher works as good as new. Thanks Ray!

Description of Work: All went well and the diagnosis for our dryer was fast. Ray found another problem and did not have the part to fix it so he said he would come back the next day. The new part did not fix the start button issue, which requires a second push to activate. There was no charge for this repair attempt. Sno King Appliance Service is honest and professional and I will continue to use them for my appliance service needs.

Description of Work: We had an ice maker added to our refrigerator, but it was not installed properly. Water was leaking into the insulation, and had frozen solid, preventing water from getting to the ice maker. After getting the ice "clog" defrosted, the tech installed an adapter to make sure the water didn't leak again. | Three months later, everything is still working fine.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher quit working during the rinse cycle. It had no power and there was concern it could be something serious -- like electronics! It turned out the plug was not "locked in" when the dishwasher was installed and after a little over a year, the plug worked its way out. I don't recall what the charge was for this, but he did ask all the right questions before he came out and even advised us to contact the manufacturer to see if they'd honor the warranty which was barely expired. They would -- but we had to go through them and we didn't really have time for that (unless it turned out to be something really expensive). Thankfully it was easy!

Description of Work: They fixed the water mechanism on my 2005 refrigerator. The cost of the part was about $125 and the service call of $50. I called last week (Thursday) and he came out today (Tuesday). I was expecting them to say it would be after the holidays so I was pleasantly surprised. He is ordering the parts and will be back out before the weekend to finish the repair. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a problematic clothes dryer that we called them to take a look at. There wasn't anything they could fix and were very up front and honest about. We've used their services 3 or 4 times and each time they have been great to work with.

Description of Work: They came and took a look at my refrigerator and determined that the compressor was failing (still cooling the refrigerator but the freezer not freezing). They told me given the age of the refrigerator it really wasn't worth replacing the compressor. I was happy to have someone come out and provide me a proffessional recommendation to not work on it even though he could have just done the repair and charged me for something that would not have been in my best interst. Kudos to honesty and integrity. I will definately call on them in the future.
