Description of Work: My refrigerator wasn't keeping things cold, either in the main box or the freezer. I called on Friday afternoon just at the end of the business day, and Monday they came out and replaced the fan. Very prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: Ray was punctual and polite. Knowledgeable about what my oven needed and had parts already located if I needed them. In my case, we decided not to repair the burners but just to replace the oven, but if we need any further repairs I would definitely use Ray again.

Description of Work: My washer had not been working right for several weeks. I tried to fix it myself and couldn't. I got the name of Sno King Appliance Service from Angie's List. I called them. Ray answered, asked a few questions and then said he would come over the next day between 4 and 6. I forgot to ask for an estimate or minimum charge. He came between those hours, checked several things on the washer, fixed the washer within about a half-hour, showed and told me what the problem had been and charged me $87.55. I asked him to do a quick check of the hoses and vent to see if he could see any obvious need for adjustments or replacement. He said they were okay.
