Sketch, sketch, sketch. Received a call from someone claiming to be with Seahawk Remodeling who scheduled an appointment with an estimator. She asked me to reply to the confirmation email with pics of the project which I did. The appointment turned out to be a phone call from a guy with a College Pro Painter caller ID who didn?t know anything about the pics I had sent. He said he would call me right back. Didn?t hear back. I reached out again and two days later finally got a message from someone that said they don?t actually work for Seahawk Remodeling but are just gathering and sending leads to them. Then I received a text from someone claiming to be from Modernized Exteriors. When I ask if he?s an employee he gets huffy and says ?as a matter of fact I own the company?. Funny because the WA State L&I lists a completely different person as the owner. After a little research I find no less than three different companies listed with these guy?s names and/or phone numbers. No thank you. I think I will move on.

A very mindful contractor. They took our whole dream into consideration instead of just the portion for which they were hired. Not the cheapest, but the best companies never are.

We live on Whidbey Island where finding a high quality deck builder is nearly impossible. After several exhausting bids we were not comfortable moving forward with any of the island or skagit county builders. We threw a hail mary and called Seahawk, they caught the ball and ran it in! They told us a price on the phone so we knew what to expect. We trusted them and decided to have them build our dream deck. A PLUS PLUS PLUS. The deck is amazing and the workers were wonderful.

Like others have said, this is the company to hire when quality and workmanship is more important than a cheap price. We got a multitude of bid from other contractors with prices that varied wildly. A very exhaustive process. When I talked to Nick on the phone I appreciated his straight forward approach and brutal honesty about what can and can't be done and what kind of money it would take to get it all done. When Nick came over he blew us away with his knowledge and design concepts, we knew we would be hiring Seahawk to build our deck. The price was on the mid/high range compared to other proposals as expected. We signed up and had our dream deck built shortly after.

Scope of project too small, wouldn?t take project

If you want a high quality deck or outdoor living space this is the company to hire. We certainly could have hired a cheaper builder but did not want to sacrifice quality or attention to detail.

Very very high end remodel. Not cheap, but definitly excellent

This was a high end outdoor living space. A high end deck with a roof covering half. The permit took longer than expected to issue due to cover issues. This was not Seahawks fault, but it happened. I will say that once the permit was issued, Seahawk went right to work and didn't stop until the project was complete. Our home is on Lake Stevens and we wanted to make the most of our outdoor living potential. We swung for the fences and hit it out of the park. I would recommend this company for high end builds as the owner is very experienced in these types of projects.

This was not just a roofing job. It was a large scale job with various trades involved. Roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, and a back deck.

We didn't take this decision lightly. It is more money than we had hoped to spend. We got 3 bids from top rated pros. We are happy that we hired the right company.

Like a lot of other people I used this company because of their reputation and their ability to handle multi phased jobs like ours. The house was worn down from many many yers of differed maintenance and it was time for a full rehab.... New windows, new decks, new roof and gutters on house and shop, and new hardie board siding. We were not shocked by the price(NOT CHEAP), and we were happy with the competence of the company. If you have a large exterior project we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience with this company. There work was outstanding and they helped me stay within budget instead of pressure to do something more or better. They came when they said, finished on time, and took care of all cleanup. Plus they are super fun and friendly!

Seahawk remodeling built our Trex deck. From the beginning it was a great experience. We had been trying to get bids for 2 years to have our deck rebuilt. We had contractors who didn't show up, showed up but never submitted a bid, to contractors who bid astronomical amounts of money. Nick sat down with me and went through the entire process of what he would do. He had samples to show me and educated me on the different types of Trex/plastic products to use. He was also the only contractor who noticed that part of our deck was sinking and needed to be fixed. The process was seamless. They showed up on a Monday and worked all day, every week day until it was finished. 7 days later. They were respectful, friendly and even helped to move some of the heavy items off our deck and back on again afterwards. I cannot say enough about Nick and Seahawk remodeling. We will definitely be recommending them to our HOA and friends who need new decks.

This is a great company! The siding project was done efficiently and on budget.

We had them do our windows, roofing, deck, and siding but I can only choose one category on this site so I choose siding because it was the most expensive piece. We researched hard for one company who could handle our rehab start to finish. We wanted high quality and didn't mind paying a little more for a superior company. We had bids from 75k-185k. This was quite the stressor. We ended up choosing Seahawk based on our level of trust and confidence that the company could execute. Execute they did. Very large project with many components. Seahawk Remodeling came thru and did what they said they would. Highly recommend for high quality projects. Not the cheapest, but worth the peace of mind and better than paying for it twice.
