Description of Work: They scheduled twice and I had to take time off from work but they never showed up. when they finally showed up and diagnosed I never heard back from them. Every time I called they mad up an excuse. I finally ended up going with someone else.

+ -1 moreDamir was very good! Probably the best service provider I have had through American Home Shield. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very helpful with advice on the whole HVAC system. He went beyond the usual requirements, particularly for a AHS visit, prompting a rare review from me on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Furnace stopped working suddenly in the morning. I was unable to get it to work using usual troubleshooting.

+ -1 moreResponded promptly to our call and was extremely professional. Damir showed me that it was my fan that had gotten clogged up with dust and lint and that shut down the furnace. Described in full detail why and how this happens (My furnace is next to the washer and dryer), allowed me to take pictures, and explained the fix, offering several options and pricing. No fast-talking or pressuring. I had to be somewhere and he was mindful of my schedule and was able to resolve the situation and be on his was way. I don't like service people in my home but felt comfortable with him. I would highly recommend!
