Communication must have failed between Ben and the person who came to do the work. Also, I had to email and call several times to nail down the exact date they would be coming to do the job because I was just told the week of Sept. 26...

Absolutely uneventful. The provider was very courteous and efficient. Extremely pleased. This is the second year I have used this service. The results are great and My lawn continues to be in good shape. The ONLY con to this company is that I have not figured out how to get them to call me before arriving to do the work. They gave me a 3 day window when I scheduled but I prefer to be home when service personnel are working on my property...happened last year also which required them to re visit the job. Over all I recommend them HIGHLY. reasonable price for efficient work.

Good. They were prompt in contacting me, came out to see what needed to be done, and arrived on the scheduled day. Unfortunately the two-man crew arrived without several needed tools but fortunately I had them on hand. The work progressed much slower than it could have, but what I asked to be done was completed by the time they left.

They showed up later that arranged, but the work done was excellent.

Terribly. Had no interest in us or our yard. Benjamin seemed rather off put by what we were asking, which was cleanup and landscaping option. Later he emailed estimate for cleanup only. Guess my instincts proved right. After expressing interest and acknowledging cost, no answer. Sent many emails with no response. One of the worst encounters I have ever heard. Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional.

Very good. They even aerate the side of my driveway which is very much appreciated.

Everything was just fine. I paid about $12 for taxes which I found kind of odd. The pricing was reasonable. They were very thorough and punctual. They were quick to respond my emails. However, there was little interaction with the serviceman. I almost did not know he was here. I didn't even see him leave. He did a good job. There is nothing he could have done to make my experience better.

They didn't wait for the appointment and if they had it would have been more convenient for me.

It went very well. Every morning they would check in, even if I wasn't home, to tell me they were there doing work. They were very polite and did a very good job.

It was not great at first. However, one quick phone call and they were out and fixed the problem and did an excellent job. Any business can make a mistake. The difference between a bad company and a good one is how they address them. There was no questioning me or debate about the mistake. All they did is find out when they could fix it and come out and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again myself.

They arrived right on time. They did such a fantastic job and I am so pleased with how everything looks. I even gave their business cards to my neighbors. They really did the best job. I don't think anyone on the list can do better! They are the best!

Parkview Landscaping had a deal on Angie's List for lawn aeration and fertilization. They were responsive and were able to schedule me quickly. One staffer came to do the lawn and was punctual, courteous and professional. He was very thorough, battling through my bumpy uneven lawn. He also cleaned up the driveway of any debris left behind. I would use them again.

We communicated back and forth with Benjamin on what we wanted him to complete for weeks. He responded quickly and explained things thoroughly. He never seemed annoyed or frustrated that we kept changing our minds! He was helpful and gave good opinions on what we could do to make the yard what we wanted it to be. He genuinely wanted us to get the most for our money and never pressured us to do something we didn't want. His crew (mainly just one gentleman) were such hard workers. It was raining almost the whole time he was working over the course of 3 days! I would highly recommend Parkview Landscaping and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Parkview was both fast and thorough and they got through a lot of work in the 40 hours that we paid for as part of the Angies list deal. We'll definitely use them again for other garden projects!

On going weeding of yard bi weekly first time took about 6 hours.. we have a large yard & I cannot do the weeding due to medical issues. After that initial removal the weeds are rapidly ( dry weather helps also) getting less.

Mr. Oostra and “The Yard Boys” have been in business for many years here in Mill Creek. We had seen their name on wagons and trucks while they were working since the business was new. We hired them for a few projects over the years (pressure washing, trimming, bringing/spreading bark, etc.) and their efficiency and professionalism were impressive. As a DIY’er, it wasn’t easy for me to pass on the weekly yard work to someone else. But this year it was time, and The Yard Boys have done an outstanding job. They treat my yard like it were their own, paying attention to every detail. Their rates are reasonable, they reply to e-mails within about 24 hours, they take special requests and schedule them in promptly, and I never have to ‘check’ their work – when they are done, it’s better than how I would have done it myself. If you need a one-time project, or if you are considering “leaving it to the professionals” to free up your summer Saturday mornings, I’d highly recommend The Yard Boys.
