I really thought they were good. They did a beautiful job and they were very polite, professional and fair in their pricing. They were hard workers; their team was really hard working. The roof kind of had a deep in it and they fixed that and they replaced the plywood because someone who had done it previously had closed the first end and we had some problems up there and they put a new vent and it looks really nice.

I never received the estimate. Their website doesn't include an email address to ask them if they will provide the estimate.

We were extremely happy with them. We did get them out of Angie's List. They were very quick in coming out and giving us an estimate which was free of course. They went all the way and performed the services. We were so happy with the gentleman's demeanor that came out. We thought he was exceptionally fair priced. He was willing to work with us on what we were trying to do. We were just happy from the moment he hit our driveway and set up a date. They had a lot of people out here working and got it done in a really reasonable time. He actually had to come back a couple of weeks ago to nail it down again because it came loose. They were very attentive. We were really happy with the company from beginning to end. There were no charges when they came back. They told us that if something came loose to call them and that they would come out. They met our expectations for what we wanted done. The estimate was right on what they charged and it was definitely reasonable. I would use them in a heartbeat.

1) I drove around on hot summer days with kids in the car, trying to look at colors with an address list in my hand, so I could view the colors listed on the sheet. Dumb me. I didn't know they had color samples in the office. I was given a list of local addresses along with the color for each location so drove around in the summer heat to look at colors. ---> I sure wish the salesman that came to the house to measure the roof for the bid had told me there were samples in the office! 2) In addition, some color names had changed, so I was looking at houses and noting colors that no longer had the same name. Frustrating. When I later mentioned this to the young woman in the office (as I came to turn in a check for deposit,) she looked at me like I was a complainer. (Not appreciated.) 3) I had called and asked our salesman for a bid (He'd already been out to measure the roof) on a specific type and color we choose. He didn't hear from him and had to call back again. Finally got a bid by mail. I felt like we were begging them to roof our house because I had to call several times to get the bid. We should have stopped there - considering the office help's attitude and the salesman, but we try to be easy to get along with, so brushed it off and kept with the plan. 4) We had started the exploring process (deciding on type and color) in the spring so our roof could be redone in summer, to minimize risk of leakage.We had just finished repainting many rooms. We were given an early August start date which was pushed back to early September. The saga continues . . . 5) Sept. 2 We left at about 5pm to go out to dinner. The crew was tearing the shake roof off. I mentioned to the foreman that rain was in the forecast. "Si, Si, we know about that." It was dark when we returned. 6) Sept. 2. Woke up at 2am with water come through our bedroom ceiling. Put out pans to catch the water. Also through the ceiling to the newly painted living room. They didn't have enough tarp, so the roof was open to the elements! 7) Worked on solutions. Another lady from the office called and asked the the rest of the balance before the foreman had even seen some of the work and signed off. They wanted the money ASAP. 8) Rectified, but I had to take 3 unpaid days from work to meet the drywall repairman and painters. We still have a hole in our garage ceiling where a worker dropped a hammer and it came through. 9)They tried to make it right, but even after all this time, I'm still angry about paying 24 thousand dollars and having such inconvence and being treated poorly. I do NOT recommend North Creek Roofing of Bothell. I choose them via Angie's List (Lots of folks must have had a good experience.)

They were helpful, did a good job at a good rate.

The job was done well and in a timely manner. Some of the cleanup could have been done a little better but, in general, they did a very good job and were very efficient. We have a fairly large roof (not very steep) and they completed the job in 3 days.

Called the company but they took weeks to call back. Eventually when they did they were able to come out within a week since I have a flexible schedule and came out for a free estimate. Since I had a good experience when having them look at the roof before I called them first. They did the usual exam and spent some extra time (the estimate work was quick) talking about various items. He's a nice guy but refused to submit any estimate afterwards when he said he would do so. He really kind of wasted my time. I'm not sure if I would use him for actual work if this is how he is going to behave despite be a decen guy to also have to honor your promises.

They would responsive when I contacted them for an estimate. They were among the final two that I was considering hiring. When I contacted them for additional questions, they were flexible and accommodating with my request. So, I hired them to do the roof. They were good with planning, and the work was done efficiently.

They gave a reasonable estimate, were punctual about starting the job when I accepted, finished the work even through a couple of challenges, and cleaned up very well.

Everything went very smoothly. Out of 3 bids, they were the most reasonable price for the highest quality shingles. The whole process was easy and we got a great looking roof that will last at least 30 more years.

They gave me an estimate which was more than fair. They were prompt,Cleaned up their mess, and did a great job.

Everything was exactly as expected. They were fast to respond and stayed in communication with me all the way. Would definitely use them again.

Overall very happy with the new roof. We selected Northcreek Roofing because they have been in business for quite a while and price was reasonable compared to other quotes. I was a little concerned about the quality of work, because the crew consisted mostly of Mexicans (temporary help ?) and they said it would be 3 to 4 days, but completed it in 2 days due to anticipation of rain. The foreman was good at informing their progress at the end of the day. They did a good job cleaning the area each day and at completion. The only complain would be it was hard to contact the project manager. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Prompt response and quote appointment time made with company after initial quote request. Actual quote document took about a week to hit my email inbox though but most likely because the quote appointment was the last of the day before a holiday weekend. The quote was at least 25% less than that provided by another company. Original service appointment was delayed by a week due to due a backlog of jobs following a staff member being out sick, but I was promptly notified and rescheduled. Job took about 4 hours with 3-4 guys. Overall highly satisfied with job, although I did spent a while picking roofing staples out of an adjacent garden bed thereafter.

From first contact the people of North Creek were all pleasant and professional . Josh Cameron the estimator was right on, The completed job came in at what he stated it would be. He showed us many different tiles to choose from and was helpful in reaching our decisions. John Frazier and his crew were great to deal with, all were courteous and responsive to all our requests. John fixed a dripping problem on our porch that has bothered us since we bought the house. We are enjoying the winter weather this year with our beautiful new roof. We can say let it rain now, with no worrys!

They performed exactly as we requested. They were pleasant, punctual, very fast, cleaned up after themselves, and the roof looks great!

the cleanings have been repeated successfully keeping the roof sound other suppliers might have recommended treatments that were unnecessary. I found north creek's staff to be consistently dependable and honest, performing the services and billing promptly

He gave a very professional presentation and was very honest on the quality of my roof. He did extremely well on follow-up. He wasn't trying to push anything on me. I just don't need to have the work done right now. I would recommend him, based on our interaction.

The primary request was the fix the leak in the roof seam between house and garage. Now that there has finally been some rain once again, I can report that the leak is worse than before. Before, there was only some moisture -- now, it's a dripping leak into the garage. Before, the area was only damp -- now, I've got a puddle of water on the floor under the North Creek Roofing's fix. As it turns out, it would have been better if North Creek Roofing hadn't tried to fix the leak at all. In effect, I paid to make it worse. For $239.00, I got a new shingle put in over a puncture (and I supplied five shingles, no material cost to North Creek), I also got caulking applied to a seam and a three-foot section of pipe attached to a downspout (a 10-ft. section of this pipe costs $13 at Home Depot). For $529.00, I got the roof cleaned with a leaf blower, no moss treatment applied, moss and compacted needles left in place on the roof, and debris left in the flower beds. I would not use North Creek Roofing again. The price is high, the workmanship suspect, the professionalism marginal. It took two weeks to get my job on North Creek's schedule. When the scheduled day arrived, the time of service changed because their first job got delayed which freed up time earlier. The estimator turned out to be the job foreman too. He spent most of his time on the phone or in his truck, arranging other roofing appointments, or he drove away, presumably to check on nearby appointments while his two laborers handled the job. The foreman was away when the laborers started to pack up and I had to remind them at the rear gazebo roof was to be included in the cleaning. They repaired the small puncture but kept asking for more of my spare Presidential TL Shingles. I thought this was strange because the puncture was so small and only affected one shingle. By the time they had finished, they had somehow used five of my spare shingles, although I don't know where they went; there was no accounting of it. They then caulked the seam between garage and house and attached a straight three-foot section of pipe onto a second story downspout in order to direct the water out farther onto the roof. When I commented to the foreman that the pipe extension lying flat across the shingles and poking out across the roof looked make-shift and strange, he got defensive and started arguing with me and said he could take it off and leave it as it was. I asked him if that's how a guttering professional would solve the problem, he deflected the question and reiterated he'd be happy to take it off and leave things the way they were. Before they left, the foreman made sure to show me tied-up black bags in the back of his pick-up truck; he said they contained the debris from my roof, but this was the same pick-up he had been using to drive to other job sites during my job -- I don't know when the bags appeared or where they came from. After the job was done, I noticed compacted needles and moss was still all over the roof; the "cleaning" was cursory at best. I also found a lot of debris in the flower beds and off of walkways around the house.

The experience went like it should. I contacted the company and they scheduled an estimator to come out. They were prompt and verydetailed about every aspect of what they were going to do and very good at listening what my expectations were. The crew came out as scheduled and started on time. We did have minor issues with equipment noise as my wife works from home and couldn't have an air compressor runnig outside her office. They also plugged into an outlet that I had labeled NOT TO USE. They did move it when I asked them to. I guess I expected a foreman on site but never saw one at all. It was dificult to communicate with crew because I didn't know spanish. The crew did a good job but I was dissapointed that things they damaged were not repaired. I had to bring these issues to their attention and tell them I wanted it fixed right. They had thouht they were done but forgot to do a smaller roof that was part of the estimate. I didn't feel I should have to manage the project because that is their job not mine. Overall I was pleased with how it looks and the workmanship beside the minor issues.

Quick, on-time, on-budget, and although they just finished, we've had our first hard rain, and had no problems at all. The roof looks great. A representative came by today to ask if we had any questions about the work, and to follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall they made a process where I was just expecting to get ripped off smooth and painless.

It took awhile to get the work scheduled because the company is well-regarded and therefore quite busy. The crew showed up as scheduled and accomplished the entire job in two hours. I was especially pleased that the ductwork they provided is insulated so that condensation won't build up and cause leakage through the fan. They used exactly the same brand, type, and color of shingles as the rest of the roof. The price seemed a little high to me, but the company does high quality work (I feel confident that the patch in the roof will not leak this winter), and that's the most important thing.

North Creek completed an estimate without us being home, as requested. They came when asked, and their bid was very close to other bid received. They were responsive and scheduled the start date two weeks later. The crew was at our home everyday until the job was completed, and they worked happily and quickly. The site foreman altered me of the few issues that arose, including decking damage and fascia conditions. They fixed the unanticipated fascia damage with no additional cost. The job was completed on time, and thus far, we have been very happy with the work. Overall the entire North Creek team helpful, including following up on quick dumpster removal to make way for moving trucks. I would recommend North Creek to our friends, and I would hire them again if needed.
