While here, he spotted the problem and fixed it right then.... FOR FREE! If I ever need a new roof, I'm calling North Creek Roofing first!

This is the third time that I have used North Creek Roofing. I have used them for my home in Bellevue, and also twice for jobs on Whidbey Island. We scheduled the job to be done in late summer assuming that the weather would not be an issue. Of course the week that we had the work scheduled for it rained. John was great at accommodating our schedule and was able to work around the weather issues and when we would be there for the job. The crew showed up on time, completed the job on time and came in right on budget. They also had a minor repair job on an existing roof where a chimney was removed and they took their time and made sure that the fix was done correctly. I have general contractors working on the property and when they inspected their repair work, they could not believe how perfect the repair was. From the start, our experience went very well. Chris provided an estimate in a timely manner, and we were able to get scheduled about 6 weeks out. I would have like to have scheduled the job sooner, but this is the busy season for roofers. We had a cedar shake roof that needed to be replaced prior to selling our house. John and his crew showed up on time, made sure that our newly poured driveway was protected, and worked hard every day for about 4 days. They had previously agreed to paint and replace all of the fascia boards (for an additional cost). The paint job was great and once finished, the entire roof really added to the aesthetic of the house. I'm sure the new owners are very happy with it.

Josh Cameron, the consultant who came to our house to inspect the existing roof and show us samples of products, was extremely thorough in his inspection of the roof to determine precisely what needed to be done. I was pleased to see that he has material samples with him on that first visit. He answered all my questions and explained about various options in products. The bid he provided was complete, with all the options we discussed laid out in detail. Although we ultimately decided to use a product he didn't carry, I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company for both professionalism as well as pricing.

Chris, the owner came right away and did a free estimate which was great and he followed up with a detailed plan and cost estimate prompty. Once we scheduled the repair, he and his team arrived on time and got the work done right on time for the exact cost he estimated. All in all, it was a great experience and we will use them again.

The roof tear off and installation was completed within three days. The workers worked long and hard, 11 hours a day. They were pleasant and friendly. The supervisor came onto the site each day, and was very accessible for calls and questions. After the job was completed he made a careful inspection of the work and addressed any issues either identified by himself or by me. Clean up was done after the end of each day and was fairly complete although I am stil uncovering pieces of roof and nails in my backyard (inevitable). The only service that was less than optimal was the person contracted to install new gutters who was not as competent or careful as I would like, missed a few spots, left gaps in the piping around the downspouts. and used shorter downspouts than needed which I had to ask him to correct. I would not use him again but would find someone else for gutter work. The roof look great and the process was smooth! High quality work.

North Creek Roofing was a pleasure to work with. We had used them to repair a small portion of our roof a year and a half ago. Instead of replacing the whole roof last spring because of delays, we ended up with a leak this year. They came out and performed a short term fix until coming back a week or so later to do the whole roof. The crew was always most courteous. At the end of the day, they did an admirable job cleaning up the grounds. The workmanship was excellent. On a day they appeared to be close to finishing, they worked well after dark to make sure there was good coverage as inclement weather was anticipated (and it did arrive) the next day. They performed a couple of additional repairs on change orders that were handled expediently and seamlessly. All in all, a great job with no hesitation on recommending them to anyone.

I was not on hand for the work. I inspected the results when I was finally back in the area in March. The roof is moss free. One of the zinc strips was loose. For what was charged, especially contrasted to Angie's list specials, I felt the quality was good but not outstanding and the price seemed higher than competitors.

The company was quick to respond to my message and seemed very on top of things! It turned out they don't work on our type of roofing, but they referred me to another company! I would call them again in the future if needed!

After 8 bids for the project I decided to go with North Creeking Roofing. My choice was not based on price alone (although north creek's bid was within a few bucks of the lowest). Chris, from north creek was the only person to bid the job that didn't give me a load of BS about what was needed. No...... "if" this, or "if" that, only the facts for what was needed. Chris is honest, professional & did what was needed. The job was completed on time & on budget. I also will use him to re-roof my garage this summer. Thanks Chris. During a recent wind storm I had a large branch crash into my roof. I could see there was damage but since I don't like heights, I couldn't tell the extent of the damage. I called a couple of roofing companies to get estimates. Someone from North Creek Roofing came out within a few days to look at the damage and provide me with an estimate. They called me to let me know that the branch had actually punched a hole through my roof and that they had placed a metal flashing piece over the hole so if it rained, I wouldn't have any problems. They also went ahead and removed the branch from my roof. Given that they were only out to provide an estimate and had no guarantee that I would go ahead with the work or use their company, I'm amazed that they took the extra step to install a metal flashing piece to ensure I wouldn't have any issues if it rained before I had the roofing repairs done. In my opinion, that's above and beyond customer service. I'm sold!! I've got the repair work scheduled for next week and though I can't review that part, I have full confidence that it will be done and done well.

We had North Creek Roofing not quite a year ago. As far as we can tell, they were very cooperative, helpful, said they would do and we have no reason to be dissatisfied. The reason I sound crashes is we had a new roof split on in 2006 by a roofer and when we have to had it redone again in 2013, we had to replace hands of stuff, decking, they have just done their job. I do remember the name of the company then, I could look it up. At that time, we just bought a roof but, it seems like it change its name and bought a new license and with a big distance. Anyway, I would never recommend them to anyone. The most, it is much recent than that. I could look it up. As far as I know, they have tried to fix all the problems that were created by the other, fix some other problems and they were tired and they always just disconnect between the people who are the bosses with roofing. And the people actually do the work and so they had very hardworking, efficient Mexicans. We do not speak great deal of English and they work very fast. So, they do not always communicate what you talk of the bosses about or what the bosses were suppose to tell them. So, they would plunge the head to work faster and get things done. That is a little frustrating but I think we got all the details worked up and at this point I have, they came back and fix something stuff that we noticed they did not work too well but we were gracious about it. It was about $20000. We had to have ventilation putting in all along the thing we had to put new facial board and supper boards and lot of decking which is rather have we enhanced some of the roof framing than we had rod it. So, it was pretty expensive. I just do not trust roofing companies because I knew them notorious but these people seemed very fine, we have no reason to be dissatisfied this early date but having done stung after 7 years. We would be cautious of recommending anyone but they definitely did a good job. I do not know what they have done is going to hold.

Estimator was friendly, informative and punctual. The bid was complete, but lower than others. The work was started and completed when they said it would be. I couldn't be happier with their work.

They showed up on time and had the work done after two days (they had estimated three). They cleaned up all the debris. New roof looks great.

The first date scheduled to do the repairs turned out to be too wet, so Chris and I agreed on another date. It turned out that the second date was a little moist, but not too bad. The guys were careful and quick, so we had no water issues and the roof looks great. Chris and his guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job on both our new home and one we're selling in the Edmonds/Mukilteo area. They did an extremely thorough, quality job, and with great enthusiasm. A real delight - would recommend to anyone.

Price as competitive. Quote was very detailed (several pages long). Showed up on time. Clean up was good. Roof looks great! I had a couple of issues that kept me from giving them A's across the board. The contract specified 1/2 "CDX only to replace any existing damaged, rotting OSB. I came home on the 1st afternoon to find that they had replaced the old damaged OSB (16 sheets) with new OSB, not CDX. They were surprised when I pointed out the CDX clause in the contract (not good). I was told that the very slight thickness difference between OSB and CDX might be a problem so they installed OSB. I had little choice but to accept that as truth, but not one of the 5 roofing quotes I accepted mentioned that as a potential problem. I was upset that no one thought it worthwhile to call the homeowner to discuss prior to installing OSB and, again, seemed unaware of the CDX clause. When I asked how much will my OSB price drop from the quoted CDX, I was told there was no difference in price by the Operations Manager, John. I told the him that this was unacceptable as OSB is half the price of CDX. To his credit he did come back with a better price soon after that conversation, which I accepted. I was offered a 2% discount on the first quote. There was also an additional 2% price discount negotiated later prior to install that failed to show up on my initial bill a week after completion of the roof install. It was taken care of with a phone call. I was impressed with how creative they were fixing/replacing some damaged facia/stringer boards problems that came up early in the project. When I had a problem with a bad angle on an end cut of a stringer, John responded to my call early the next morning and had it corrected a day later. Very impressed with John's prompt responses to my concerns. Overall impressed with the quality of installation and the their lifetime workmanship warranty. Would I recommend North Creek to others? I think I would but I would make sure that the contracts specifics by the installers are better understood prior to the work being done.

Looks great. We are very pleased with the result. The crew was always very professional. Prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the yard every night. There was one incident in which a bundle of shingles fell off the lift and damaged a gutter. No one was injured but the gutter was very banged up. John, the Production Manager called me immediately after it occurred and assured me that they would "make it right" without me even having to ask. He had a new gutter section custom made and then painted it to match the existing trim color so everything matched exactly. No fuss, no muss.
