Description of Work: I received 3 quotes from different companies for a roof tear off and replacement. I went with North Creek roofing after seeing good reviews on Angie's List and another recommendation through a community group. The day they were dropping off the material, they arrived a bit early - 7:25 am. But, the rest of the time they arrived around 8 am and cleaned up every day. My roof is complete and I am happy with it.

Description of Work: I live in an 11 unit condo. North Creek replaced a 24 year old roof that should have been replaced 3 year ago. We got 3 bids. We chose North Creek because they had outstanding reviews and were in the middle re: bids. They always came when they said they would. Were always very professional before, during and after the roofing was completed. I highly recommend North Creek with no reservations.

The estimate we received was very detailed. We received a very thorough description of what work would be performed, any extras that might be necessary once they had pulled off the old roof and could see what was needed, and the things we would need to do to prepare for the work (like putting tarps down under our skylights as they would be removed and replaced). The project manager kept in contact with us through out the work. They were very good about cleaning up afterword.
