From the estimate to the finished roof, all aspects went smoothly.

Great! From the inspection/estimate to the 'Thank You' card they sent at completion of the job, North Creek did a job I'm telling my friends about. They were friendly, courteous and professional. If I called with a question and had to leave a message they returned the call within 10-15 minutes. If there was needed approval for some unforeseen reason (new roof sheeting was needed), or if they were delayed, they keep me well informed. The grounds were cleaned daily of any debris. Lastly, I'd like to mention that even after the roof was installed they were willing to come back and work with my electrician to install two restroom exhaust fans. That may not sound like much, but they had to reopen the roof and membrane, duct the fans and reseal the roof and membrane and they did this at no additional cost to me.

They were excellent! They were respectful and came on time. They broke a hot tub cover, but they replaced it quickly. We have already referred them to our neighbors.

They office personnel were very quick in responding. The actual work crew took awhile to get here. They cleaned up after themselves very good. They did a good job. They were professional.

We checked references prior to choosing and all were very positive. Completed work in one day, were prompt, professional, and able to accommodate specific/custom requests. They also threw in a few extras without charging additional fees.

They performed the job exactly as they said they would. They said it would take about 4 days to complete construction and it did. Their crew worked very hard and worked long hours to get the job done. They cleaned up the driveway and yard nightly before they left. The foreman was in conversation with me almost daily to see if I had questions and to see if I thought things were going well. They were great! I will recommend them to friends and neighbors. I was very pleased!

The work was done is 2.5 days. The crew was very efficient and careful.

Quick response to our request for evaluation of my leaking roof. Re-roofing of comp shingles was recommended. A short time later they did a measuring up of roof for making a price estimate and that time they said they could repair roof where leaking. Next day roof repair was completed for amount shown which would have been refunded if they did the re-roof job. We ultimately chose another Angie's List contractor for re-roof job although we could just as easily chosen North Creek as we had every confidence they would do a very good job. Our ONLY concern with North Creek was their quoted price for skylight replacements.

Fantastic! I had called two other companies and was told I had to wait a couple of months before I could even schedule an appointment. I then called North Creek and they were able to get to my place to do an estimate the next day. While at my place they called and gave me the estimate and said they could do the job right then if that worked for me. They left an invoice in my mailbox and a few days after sending in my check they sent me a refund check for the discount they offer on Angie's List that they hadn't calculated on the original invoice.

Very well. They gave me a 5% Angie's List discount, plus they were a little under other company's bids. The estimator was friendly, on time, and professional, as was the job foreman. The work was performed when promised, well-done, and very quickly.

Very professional. The bid was mailed promptly. Any questions I had were answered. No attempt to sell. I received a letter telling me when the job would start with payment terms clearly outlined. Started on time. I was introduced to key people. We ran into problems (the plywood). I had expected it but they were almost apologetic. Job finished promptly (2+ days). The production was super. Came out and inspected the job. Didn't like how the gutters were finished. He had a crew come out and do it "the right way", so that we wouldn't have problems down the road. No extra charge. I did have a question about the final bill. It was taken care of promptly and without any drama. A great job but let me tell you what will have me recommending them for a long time: I'm disabled and it came up in talking. I had a couch and some junk that I was going to have hauled away. Someone tossed it into the dumpster for me without even mentioning it. That truly is going the extra mile.

Very well, they were efficient and punctual and did the work on a slippery roof quickly and safely.

Ended up not using them since we had a lower estimate but they are a certified company for Certain Teed and I might consider that more should I need a new roof somewhere else. Estimated cost was $18,000.

Mike was on time and helpful when he showed up for the estimate. Written estimate arrived within the week. Good price. Called to say they would start in May though we had to continue to insist on dates in July. The crew was good. Extremely hard-working. Then it rained -- in late July! We had indoor water damage which they responded to appropriately. The drywall near some skylights needed replacing and repainting. They said they'd take care of it until we were satisfied. Various people called to arrange times to do the repair work. Sometimes they would show up. Many times they didn't. No call. Nothing! We got fed up with them. We finally said what they did was okay -- though it's not that good. The roof looks good and works well. Though I had to point out a row of shingles that was clearly shorter than the rest and looked bad. They fixed it. Final bill was more than the estimate. They said they made a mistake and fixed it.

Pretty good. I got 4 estimates from different roofing companies. They were in the middle regarding price. I check with another home owner in the area that had her roof done by them. She recommended them. My brother had theirs done by them also. The estimator was on time, didn't give me a bunch of sales jargon. It took about a week to get on the schedule. The office kept me informed of when the job was going to start and what to expect. The crew did a great job of cleaning up around the house at the end of the day. They did the job in two days. (I have a small rambler). I choose to get new gutters. The gutters were installed a few days after the roof. Did the job in one day. There was some damage on the rafters removing the old gutters, the gutter crew filled in and painted the damage. One gutter corner is leaking. I was going to call them but they called first to ask me how it was going! How often does that happen! (I don't know if it has been fixed).

The service was attentive and professional. Don McNeely, the owner of the roofing company, visited the site and prepared a written estimate promptly after my call. The job was started when promised. The price was competitive to other bids. We received an Angie's List discount. Great service and good craftsmanship. We would contact them again when we need another roof! I would pay a premium to hire this company again knowing how they operate.

Prompt response to my request for a visit. Was quick to complete the work. Everything was done professionally.

North Creek did a very good job with my roof. They spent about a week here and they did a fabulous job. They did not leave any junk lying around or anything. They always cleaned up everyday. My husband paid for the service, and I really do not think that I want to know what it is anyways. From my understanding, it was fair. I just would rather not know.

Roofers were not careful to avoid damaging shrubs and trees. Piled materials on the lawn, damaging the sod. Did not clean up after themselves adequately at the end of the day. Upon final inspection, found damaged siding, unfinished flashing, nails and debris in the yard, an installation error in two areas requiring removal and replacement of a large area of shakes, and areas where the shakes were bulging up (not flat). The company took care of the problems and told me they had fired that crew. After I wrote a letter describing these problems, they compensated me $750 for a skylight they had claimed was "custom" but was actually special order (it was a standard size but not in stock). Except for the roofing crew, the company treated me in a professional manner, calling me to apologize for the problems I had encountered.

I was very favorably impressed with this company. The installers were on time and very focused on doing their job. We had several days of rain that delayed the finishing of the roof, but the job manager was very good about keeping me in the loop about delays and scheduling. The workers did not bother me with any questions or requests and when the job was completed, you could not find a single scrap of wood shingle, or new composite roofing, nor were there ANY nails left! We also have many choice plants very close to the house, and they exhibited very good care when working around them. There was minimal damage to the plants and no damage to the house.

Response from beginning to end was excellent. A complete and competitive bid was provided with an extensive list of references. The work began on time and minor issues were resolved quickly by their support staff. All parties were pleasant and trained to provide good customer service.

They communicated well, did a quality job, and I will hire them again if the need arises.

I was very happy to get the job done - most other roofers I contacted didn't respond or didn't do repairs. He advised me on some other work that needed to be done (adding a roof ridge vent), and gave me an estimate for that work, which I plan to hire him to do at a later date. He was very clear at explaining what he would do, charged what I thought was a fair price, and was honest about when he could get the work done.

Dan and Don returned calls promptly, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The crew were great, very courteous and helpful. They kept the job site neat and clean, including picking up after themselves before leaving each day. After completion they did a thorough clean up of the entire area such that with the exception of the appearance of the new roof you couldn't tell that they were ever here.
