The workers at North Creek did a good job. They did it in the time they said they would. They were professional. They quoted the price.

Fantastic. The experience was a pleasure from the moment their representative, Josh, entered our house. The company delivered everything they promised, on time, on budget. They thoroughly cleaned up every day after they finished work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Had estimate come out gave estimate and what type of roof we wanted. Estimator guy kept getting my name wrong. but was very helpful. Crew tore off roof in one day and started finished the next with only minor touch up work on the third since they used the wrong size nails that went through the eves. also end caps looked a littlte funny from picture but were told that they came that way now. came out did some minor punch list items and things were good. very happy after such a big project completed

The work they accomplished on our roof was amazing. Our old roof was cedar and was 26+ years old. We had a couple of major leaks and one leak was caused by flashing on the chimney. They did not charge us extra for the temporary tarp placed on our roof to stop leaks, to help prevent further damage. Our turn came up on the schedule within two weeks, and was finished in a week later. North Creek Roofing completed the job on time, there were no surprises, and they completed the work just before our big rainy season. The roofers also replaced a few rotten wood eves and called to confirm the cost additions, in a verbal OK from us to do the extra $250.00. It is rare to see a job site so tidy. The gutters were cleaned and placed in the original positions. We will use their gutter guy in the spring of 2009 to replace all the gutters. Well done North Creek Roofers, and we will recommend them to other clients.

They were going to repair a different place. They didn't find the nail sticking out. They came out on a Wednesday and I think it took about five days to get a written estimate from them, and by that time the person who came after them had simply repaired it on the spot. So I don't know what they would have done, or what the cost would have eventually been, but it would have been more than what it was for this other gentleman who did find the nail and repaired it. Once he was here I expected an estimate fairly quickly, and I understand that it was Thanksgiving but it took much longer than I thought than it would for an estimate would arrive. He was very polite. I had no issues at all with the estimator who came out. I probably wouldn't use this company again.

It went pretty well. They finished the job within a couple days.

There was a minor problem with a railroad tie that was damaged, but they fixed it even though it was not their fault. They had a wonderful attitude. They gave us a discount for being AL members. They were 10% cheaper than two other companies and did excellent work. We are very happy with their work.

One thing I would especially commend North Creek Roofing for is their working with me on the cost of these repairs. While they originally planned to seal all the work with lead shields, I am of an age that does not need nor would I profit from a "lifetime" guaranteed repair. By using shakes that we had on hand and by not using the lead shields, they were able to bring the price down to what was more affordable for me. Their willingness to work with the customers, I think, speaks volumes for their company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and, if the need arises, I will certainly call on them again.

They were priced competitively. The service was terrific. They have great communication. They had a first rate crew. They cleaned up very well. I had one little concern after the job was through, and they came out the next day and fixed that. Overall we had a very good experience with them. We choose them because of their high ratings on Angie's List.

It went just fine overall. They did a good job and cleaned up afterward. The also cleaned the roof while they were here and it was all a great job. They're a great company and I'd suggest them. The price was reasonable.

Chris was very professional and even knowing that there may be no work coming out of the visit, gave a professional opinion that my roof was OK and did not charge me for this service. It should be noted that he drove 40 minutes to attend to this.

We liked working with this company. They were responsive and professional in all their dealings with us. They said they would do something and they actually did it when they said they would. If there was a minor delay, ie., afternoon instead of morning, they phoned to let us know.

We received bids from three of the top-rated roofing companies in our area that were listed on Angie's List: North Creek, Legacy, and Larry Haight's. We came away feeling confident that all three would have provided excellent service and would have performed a quality job, but were shocked by the difference in the amount of the bids. North Creek's bid was the lowest by approximately $5,000. In addition, North Creek was extremely responsive - Dan McNeely, the company president, was on our roof two hours after we called for an estimate. John Frazier, the project manager, was also very responsive, responding promptly to every question or concern. We had concerns about the size of the trucks delivering the dumpster and the shingles (we have a shared driveway that has a sharp turn), but in both instances smaller trucks were brought in and no damage was done. The tear-down and removal of our old roof and the re-roof was completed in three days, The crew that was sent to our house was professional and polite - Joon was the crew leader. He is a definite asset to the company. Upon the final inspection, John wasn't completely happy with some of the trim/flashing and had it all replaced. This took a worker several additional days and was hampered by rainy weather, but was eventually finished. Although it would have been nice to get it right the first time, I can't complain about the results.

I am very impressed with North Creek Roofing. I had several bids and they were right in there. Josh was their sales rep and estimator and was very informative and didn't seem to try and sell us anything he just told us about the Company and we talked about roof types. We were unsure about the roof color so Josh gave us some houses to drive by. The important thing for us was they were able to do the job soon after we accepted their bid. They asked for half down when the materials were delivered, which I thought was fair. John was the supervisor who checked on the crew daily. The crew were hard working and cleaned up debris very well. One of our screen doors was damaged during the work, however John fixed it within two days.

They had the lower estimate of two. The other company had significant concerns about how they would handle the carport. NCR had no problems with the carport. They did all the work in a professional manner. Weather slowed them down a bit, but they handled it the best they could. Cleanup was good. They went above and beyond by hauling away some junk in their dumpster at no extra charge. I'd have had to pay at least a couple hundred dollars to have someone else come do the hauling. I would recommend them to anyone.

They re-roofed my duplex style townhome. I live in a duplex style home, and ideally I would have liked to redo my whole roof and tear off the old. Unfortunately, my neighbors weren't ready to do their roof. I had leaks and theirs hadn't leaked, and they didn't have the money in their budget. The solution was to choose the same color as the existing roof and to only roof my side of the structure. North Creek Roofing went beyond my expectations. My neighbor and I have areas that are "common" and the roofers would have had to stop in the middle of these areas. I was willing to deal with that since I had leaks and couldn't afford more leaks this winter. They showed up on-time to do the bid. Sent me a lovely packet with recommendations (but I already had Angie's List review so I chose to go with them). To my pleasant surprise, NCR roofed all of the common areas rather than stopping in the middle and did not charge me extra. NCR was on time and professional; completed the job on time (in one day) and cleaned up impeccably after the job was done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to solve their roofing issues. I would hire them again and again with the level of service they provided!!

I'm an indecisive sort, so it took me several days to figure out what color of shingles to request. Eventually I narrowed it down to five choices, and they dropped off full-size sample boards for each color, to help me decide. They never tried to hurry me through the decision making process, nor did they try to push me into buying more expensive shingles. I mentioned Angie's List a couple of times in conversation with them, but never explicitly asked them for the 5% discount. They gave it to me anyway. They were not the lowest estimate I received (before the discount), but they were competitive with it, and seemed to be offering more for my money than the lower bids did. They required a 50% deposit after materials were delivered, before work started. The other 50% was due on completion. There is a 2% processing fee if you use a credit card to pay. They were able to get me on the schedule 1-2 weeks after receiving the signed contract. They dropped off the materials over a weekend while I was out of town, then brought out the dumpster on Monday and got started. Seemed like they got half of the roof torn off and replaced the first day, and tried to do the rest the next day but were delayed when one of the roofers cut himself and required medical attention. They left a lot of torn-off roofing material in my backyard on the day the guy got hurt, but they did have it on tarps. I figured having my backyard look messier than usual for one night was reasonable, though, considering that they were down a couple of people for part of that day with the medical problem. Nobody really looks at my backyard anyway. They were mostly finished and partly cleaned up by the time I got home on Wednesday night. The dumpster was gone, too. They came back out Thursday and did some more cleanup, also taking away the rest of the unused materials. They called me on Wednesday with a progress report, and on Thursday to let me know that they were done. I asked about a couple of vents that I'd mentioned earlier-vents I've had trouble with in the past, with pine needles dropping down through them and such. They sent someone back out to replace one of the vents with one containing a flapper, to fix that. There was no additional charge for this.

Communication from beginning to end was very good. The crew was competent with good supervision. The work area was cleaned daily. The job started about two days later than planned due to weather delay on another job and took longer than estimated due to extensive fascia rot.

Very well, the crew showed up on time, worked hard, cooperative and professional. Finished on time as proposed. It was a simple roof on a one story house with a low pitch.

They are very great. They were here on time they communicate very well. They are getting the job done in a very timely manner. I would recommend them.
