They were great. They were very professional, and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I was impressed with their knowledge, and I would definitely use them again.

Our living room ceiling suddenly started leaking in the middle of the night. The next day we called a few places that we found on Angie's List and North Creek Roofing was able to come out within a couple of hours. They immediately found the problem and were able to fix it quickly and cheerfully. They also took the time to look for other roof issues to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems. The 4-man roofing crew from North Creek did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were courteous and worked very hard to complete the roof installation in two days. The roofing crew did a thorough clean up around the house after the roof installation was finished. Everybody was a pleasure to work with--from Josh, who did the estimate, to Chris, who came out to do the final inspection after the job was complete. Josh explained our various options and was well-informed about their product line. There was a less expensive product that would have been an excellent roofing material, but we decided to spend a bit more and use the Duration Series shingles that had algae and moss control built into the roofing granules. Working with North Creek Roofing was a hassle-free experience from start to finish and we love our new roof!

North Creek is great. Unlike a competitor I had contacted, they were very responsive to my estimate request, arrived on time, and wrote up an accurate and complete estimate on site. They were able to complete the work 1-2 days later to take advantage of the good weather. On the morning of the work day, the crew called ahead as promised to update me on their arrival time after picking up supplies, and arrived close to that time. They quickly got to work taking apart the roof so they could remove the old skylight and frame in the new. They asked all the right questions, and did the job with a high level of professionalism and quality. They easily finished the project on time and it looks great. They were very prompt about emailing me an invoice after work was completed, and quickly fixed the adjustment for the Angies List coupon which had been forgotten at first. We asked them to come back to address a small gap under one shingle where wind-driven rain or possibly insects could have entered and they came out about two hours later and quickly took care of it -- just a minor glitch, and not at all a quality of work concern. When I finally got the competitor's quote a week after this work was done (keeping in mind they had come out to look two days earlier than North Creek) it was almost twice as much money. Sheesh.

They told us that it was going to cost more because they had to attach some sort of safety feature on the roof for them to work up there because of the angle of the roof. They offered to repair some shingles but they didn't have enough. My husband had to go and buy some pieces for them to do the work. I was actually having a baby at the time they did the work. They did a fine job and exactly what we wanted to have done. They didn't quite come when they said they were going to.

We had about 8 bids to reroof our entire house . We selected North Creek because of the services they offered, the price, and their reputation. The price was one of the lower quotes so we were surprised as normally dont go to the lowest quote, but they had line-items all the tasks that they were to perform and the materials listed. They offered more services than some of the higher quotes - and they didnt push the sale. They were also very knowledgable as to what we could and should not do since we have a low pitched roof. They arrived on time and finished in 3 days. They cleaned up the yard and patio when done. We are very satisfied with our new roof.

It was a pleasant experience for me. I wondered if the bid was a little high but his was the only one I had.

The estimator (Josh) was very thorough, taking many photos of the leak areas while in the attic. He even suggested that we contact the roofing company to see if our work would be under a roof warranty first. We were unable to identify our roofing company, so we went ahead and had them do the repairs. They were very prompt - the scheduler called me and we scheduled our repairs for the following morning.

The job went extremely well from fist contact and estimate by their representative, to the final clean up. It is a small house/roof, but the coordination with the solar panel installation made it a little more complicated. The project manager contacted me with the details of when everything would happen and it all worked as planned.

North Creek's installation crew did an excellent job. They left the job site clean and were very professional. The company was easy to work with, and were flexible in working around our home construction needs. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, they had a good price, and they lived up to their estimate. They did a good job cleaning up and they followed up to make sure that we were happy.

They were prompt coming out to do the initial estimate. Their price was the low bid of the five estimates we received. They did a nice job, particularly in light of the rainy weather that hit at the same time they were starting our roofing job. They were very patient answering our questions, making sure we had all the information we needed and we were comfortable with their approach. My only complaint is that we had to wait a few weeks for them to start the job, because of other customers that were ahead of us. The roof turned out great and we really like the look.

Estimator came out right away and took detailed pictures of the area to be repaired. Was emailed a bid within a few hours. Before they could actually do the job it started to rain and they took time out of their day to come out to cover up the skylight. Job was done earlier than they had told us it would be. Workers were punctual and polite and got the job done effieciently.

This took them one day and a half to complete. They were very quick and professional, just wonderful. The work was great. I would recommend them and hire them again.

North Creek was very efficient and very professional. Their bid was completed very quickly and it was very competitive. I do not doubt that North Creek would have done an excellent job with our roof.

They are professional and provided a professional looking proposal. They give you the certificate of liability insurance, just everything - it was amazing. For a roofing company I was shocked at how professional they were. I've had no problems with the roof, it's just beautiful. They are just a first rate company.

the workers arrived on time and did a clean up every night. When I had questions they were very responsive and were great to work with. They finished the job with in the week.

I got estimates from three different companies. While North Creek's estimate came in between the other two, I chose North Creek because they impressed me the most. Dan arrived on time to give a free estimate. He was very helpful and professional. We received a written estimate next day via email, and in regular mail the day following. The estimate included a large list of references. They communicated very well with us as project time approached. The materials arrived on time. A dumpster arrived the day before. John the project manager kept us updated on the crew arrival time. The work was accomplished very well, and quite efficiently. The job was finished on time with no problems. The dumpster was removed promptly. The roof looks great.

They were professional, responsive and came on time. The quality of their work was very good, but their pricing was on the higher side. I was satisfied with their service.

Their bid was reasonable. They were so professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. We felt confident in them right away. The things were done on time and were done professionally. Every crew member was professional and worked very well. It looked very good.

From Start to finish the project went perfect. 1) I received 6 bids from local angie's list roofers in my area 2) Northcreek was very professional on the phone. Came out measured and sent me a bid. Two of the other roofers required that we (me and my wife) be there, so they could do their "sales" pitch and apply some presure. (They were both much more expensive) 3) The bid from Northcreek was on the low end of the other contractors, however, the bid from Northcreek included extras like CDX Plywood, and a ridge venting system that the lower bidding roofers didn't include. After I became a little more educated I was amazed how good of a bid North Creek gave me. One of the "heavy sales" type roofers was $8K higher for the same product. 4) After a few questions we picked the roof, color and scheduled the job. 5) The project manager called me and told me what to expect. 6) They started and completed right on schedule. They cleaned up every day, and a perfect clean up at the end of the project. 7) After the project we agreed on a time for me to exchange the check for lien release. They had no problem getting me a lien release. They appear to be great folks and I probably shouldn't have worried about a lien release. However my inlaws had a roof put on a few years ago and roofer went out of business after the job was complete. My inlaws paid the contractor and then 2 months later had to pay the material supplier again!!! Just so you know. My only relationship with Northcreek is my roof. The price and quality was so great I wanted to spread the word.

I orignally asked to have an EPDM membrane installed and North Creek did this. However, they said the membrane manufacturer may have changed something in the formulation of the membrane or the adhesive because the seams didn't seal properly. So North Creek said they weren't going to take a chance on it again and they installed a complete PVC membrane with a transferrable lifetime guarantee. The PVC membrane is more costly but they installed it for the same price. There were some other issues but again, North Creek did a fantastic job in seeing that everything was taken care of properly and professionally.

I had received several different bids for the job and they came in number one. They were great! They were punctual and finished the job fast. The quality of their work was excellent. Their professionalism was good as well.

I got 9 quotes (up to $52,000) and selected North Creek based on price and recommendations from Angie's list, Consumer's Checkbook and our house painter. Four guys got our old shingles off and new tar paper down in 3 days. Then it took 10 days to put on the new roof.
