North Creek Roofing and all of its employees takes customer satisfaction very serious, we have been in business 18 years because of that. We did replace this roof in October of 1997 with a “10 Year Workmanship Warranty”, which was common for that time. We received a phone call for the leak in August of 2013 which is 16 years later; there was no warranty in place at the time of this call. We did go and look at the roof and after multiple visits we determined that it was not a roof leak issue but a condensation issue. At that time we referred this customer to a Professional Home Performance Specialist which specifically works with condensation in homes. The only slope of the roof that was not vented by us was the clear story section that already had pre-existing venting. All other sections of this roof were vented to code. Our company’s success is providing great customer service, in keeping with that, upon this customer’s request of a new roof proposal; one was emailed on September 6th 2014 by our Sales Associate, Josh Cameron. In closing, we did provide a replacement bid; we did come out repeatedly in an effort to assess the problem and even proposed the best solution. In our 18 years of business we have always honored our warranty and have followed thru with any and every customer providing them with “The North Creek Difference – A Name You Can Trust”.
