They do nice estimates. They are prompt and polite. They are very responsive we had no problem scheduling or reaching them. They clean the area when their finish.

The installed a new chandelier and a new junction box

The electrician was very knowledgeable and got right on with the work that needed to be done. He was very nice and the renters said he did the work quickly and the fan works as it should. I would definitely use PK Electric again. And Michelle in the office was great to work with as well.

Called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Michelle. Was told they were booked 2 weeks out but she is cobbling small jobs together and would call me back the upcoming Friday to tell me the date. Friday came, no call. I called Monday and she apologized and said give her till Wednesday. Today Wednesday came, no call. I called again and was told that were were some big jobs causing chaos and messing everything up. Flaky and disorganized is all I can say about the customer service. They need to get a better organized person in the office.

Electrician worked very fast. Made sure he gotdonein 2 hrs. Very efficient. Neat and cleaned up everything. Willing to look at bedroom light fixture at the last. Fixed it.

I would give the provider all A's. They showed up when they said they would. It was a good quality job and everything was good. I would definitely recommend them.

llevuepkelectric were wonderful. I had a new gas stove arriving 4 days after I had purchased their deal of $195.00 for 2 hours of electric work. Before the stove could be hooked up I had to have a 120v line installed. I explained my problem to them and they send out their electrician on the day before the stove arrived. The electrician knew what to do and did a first class job.. I most certainly would commend them.

When I called, after having a bad experience with a solo electrician, the owner, Mike, called immediately to get someone over to determine whether the house was safe. Last guy left the job with hot wires sticking out of walls and ceiilings! I had steve come over 2 different days, the first to button up the mess the first guys left and figure out the wiring plan. The next week he came out and added remodel cans and a couple of decorative pendants to my kitchen and upper living space. Steve was pleasant, professional, highly competent and he did what I asked efficiently and well.

They were responsive and they did a good job. The person that came seemed very knowledgeable. They did what they said they would do and within the time frame and at the cost they said it would be. The price seemed reasonable.

It went very well. Made good suggestions about placement of outlets for mounting flat screen TV on the wall. Actually went beyond expectations since he also ran the wires for the cables needed for the TV. Did excellent clean up afterwards.

I knew them before. They did a good job. They’re easy to work with and easy to schedule with. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I had specific questions and I really kind of get it. They worked what they were used to get done. I have referred them to other people including my mom.

These guys were GREAT! I had been trying to find an available electrician for weeks! They contacted me when an unexpected opening came up in their schedule. They were prompt and professional. PK Electric fixed all the things the other guys messed up and solved our mystery failed wiring issue. Everything was done in a couple hours and the bill was very reasonable. Steve was great to work with. Exceeded all my expectations.

When I received the LED tubes I read the instructions and realized that this was not a DIY project. Evidently the electrician was not given all the details because when he arrived he was puzzled as to why he was called to "replace three light bulbs." He had not done this type of job before, but read and understood the instructions and completed the job within an hour. Some travel time was added because of the distance. (I had to find someone quickly because I was having an event at my home.)

My 10-year old kitchen low-voltage rail system died in February. I found PK Electric on Angie's List and contacted them about doing the replacement work. I sent them the information about the system I was going to purchase to replace the original and PK agreed it would work. Once the new system parts arrived, the installer came promptly as scheduled. He removed the old track, light heads, and standoffs (we had already removed the transformer/power source) and installed the new system -- placing the standoffs in the old spots as requested, connecting the rail pieces, connecting all to the power source. He added one light, which worked, then added the others. No lights worked. Tested wires, rails, lights, transformer, etc. Got on the phone to the lighting company, who agreed to send out a new transformer. A few days later, the new transformer arrived, and PK sent a different electrician. He attached the new transformer to the installed system. No lights. Tested everything. Got on the phone to the lighting company, who agreed to send out a full new system -- all new parts. Several days later, all new parts, first electrician returned. We went more methodically through the process (at my insistence). Installed the transformer and one piece of rail. Added one light -- eureka! Removed that rail and tried a different piece, adding the same light. No light. Went back to original rail we'd tried. No light. All the while, on and off the phone with the lighting company. I ended the service call, packed up all the parts in their original boxes. The lighting company picked up all the parts and tested them. Everything was in working order. The problem was clearly with the installers. I am grateful to the lighting company who refunding my money. I am also grateful that PK Electric agreed that I did not need to pay for services (successful light installation) NOT rendered. So I was at least out no money. But I still had no kitchen lights. I moved on to another electrician company and a different kind of lighting. Didn't want to play another few rounds of low-voltage roulette. Although the people at PK Electric were actually quite nice and lovely to work with, I can't recommend them. I didn't get my lights installed.

We had a completely bizarre electrical issue: part of one circuit simply stopped working. Unfortunately, it happened just as we were preparing our house for rental. The electrician that came over to work on the problem showed up very quickly, put up with some, no doubt, annoying, access constraints and doggedly persisted until he diagnosed the problem and came up with a fairly clever solution. I was impressed and very pleased that I could turn the house over to the renter with no anxiety. Well done!

We got no response of any kind from this company. Apparently they don't need the business.

Very poor customer service. They came to install 3 dimmer light switches in my 7 year old house, which I thought was a straightforward job for an electrician. Boy was I wrong. The electrician was incoherent and took over 30 minutes reading the directions on the box and kept moaning and making sounds like it wasn't working. He finally succeeded after over 2 hours. This is a job that home depot says should take about 15 minutes each. The electrician also moved a fan from one room to another and then installed a new fan in its place. The removal went fine but he spent over one and half hours trying to install the new one but could not get it to stop shaking at high speeds. Because I was not confident in his skills I had them send another electrician over to try and fix the problem but he was also unsuccessful. I then had them remove the defective fan and reinstall a new one (during a separate visit). I obviously returned the old fan to Amazon and Amazon was actually working to help me get some money from Westinghouse for the hours that the electricians spent trying to install the defective fan. Westinghouse agreed to reimburse me as long as they received paperwork from PK with an invoice describing the issue . I had an impossible time getting PK to send the information to Westinghouse. I made about 15 phone calls and sent them an equal number of emails over 2 months because they kept promising to send a receipt to the manufacturer. They finally sent something that was so complicated to understand because it included work not related to the fan (light switches) and I had to call PK again. Excuses from PK included they forgot, they we're busy, they we're doing it as soon as we hung up, etc It was unbelievable. Their help was not going to cost them anything but about 5 minutes of desk work. The issue is still not resolved because I am awaiting for them to send a revised letter to Westinghouse but I have given up. I will never hire them again and I can't recommend them after this miserable experience.

We remodeled most of our main floor of the home and hired an electriciain (Doug's Electric out of Renton, WA) who ended up overcharging us. In addition, their technicians were unprofessional and couldn't complete the work. I would NOT use them. In order to complete the job, I interviewed several electricians, including PK Electric. They were extremely professional pre-work as well as during their work. Their technicians (John, John and Mark) were efficient, knowledgeable and were a real pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Jared and Michelle were a real pleasure to work with. It's amazing that the simple things like customer service make all the difference! Thank you to the whole PK Electric team!

PK staff are very knowledgeable and able to identify the best way to resolve problems or the best way to route the wiring that is needed. I believe this is the third or fourth time I have asked PK to work on my wiring, and each time I found them to be helpful and professional. The cost is reasonable, too. I never have any problems after they are here. I highly recommend PK Electric.

Great. Despite being in the middle of a big job for the local school district, PK sent an electrician over within a couple of hours of my call by taking an electrician off his lunch break. The electrician diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Very prompt and professional.

Couldn't have gone better. When I called and described my issues I was carefully listened to and an appointment was scheduled at my convenience a few days later. Steve was running a bit late (10-15 minutes) and I got a call letting me know. Steve got to the root problem and did necessary work very efficiently. I have an older house so wanted to understand details in case I have other issues later (plus I'm just curious) and Steve was an excellent teacher of Electrical 101. Will definitely call PK Electric next time I need an electrician.
