I am extremely pleased with PK. Their scheduling assistant is very nice and they were great about coming out promptly. I felt that their prices were fair. My lead electrician was awesome. Very professional and respectful. They did good work. I am having them come back to do more work.

This was a most refreshing experience! Not only did Michelle from PK electric schedule me for the next week but she called back with an alternative visit option much sooner. She let me know that an electrician would be working in my area and could "stop in" on his way to diagnose my problem. When he got to my house, he quickly found that there was a tripped GFI that was hidden in a closet that I had never known about. Not only was he responsive, but they didn't charge me for the call. I did receive an invoice simply asking that I select them again when I needed more electrical work. YOU BET I WILL AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO TOO. Great Company, great people great service.

I found PK Electric through Angie's List and was impressed by their overall performance as measured by customer feedback. Unfortunately, I was never able to experience this as they failed to make two appointments to provide an estimate for electrical work for our office location. They missed the first appointment (for which I had waited more than an hour) because they claimed they filed my paperwork in the wrong place. We rescheduled, and 10 minutes before the appointment, I received a message that the electrician was held up and that I would receive another call stating when he would show up. I never received another call and waited at my office location for an hour and fifteen minutes. No follow-up call was made by PK Electric. I'm sure they're a great company if you can get them to come to your location. Unfortunately, I could not.

The work was excellent but there were many problems with the office. The estimator did not come on the promised day; he was on vacation. It took two phone calls and promised return calls before they gave up and gave an estimate over the phone. The estimate was for four hours of work. The electrician was two hours late for the visit and completed only one of the tasks. He promised to return early Saturday morning to finish the work, but never showed or phoned or returned my calls. Again, it turned out he was on vacation and someone else was supposed to cover his work, which didn't happen. They did return the following Tuesday with two electricians and finished the work satisfactorily. They also discounted their hourly rate for all the problems I had. Overall, the work was good and the price was good. However, there were many misteps at the office.

Even though PK Electric had a scheduling conflict, they did the work on the day I needed it to get done. A problem surfaced ten days later and it was taken care of promptly. Robert and Nicholas did a great job. I recommend this company.

They were great! On time to appt. and knowledgable and professional and helpful. Only took them about an hour to finish and I felt that the price was low.

Jong and Steve were exceptional in every way! I give this company very high marks! Thanks to Angie's List, I think I have found a 'gem' in the contractor world. The job took two days to complete with a follow-up visit to be completed for the finish work after cabinets are installed. They work steadily with precision to ensure the job was done right. I was consulted throughout the process which I certainly appreciated. Michelle Toth, their scheduler,worked to accommondate my schedule since I am a working homeowner.

The technician was late due to a previous appointment running over but was very polite, and this particular outlet repair job took about 15 minutes to complete. He also explained the work that was done and the testing he did. I was pleased with the repair work performed.

My experience was great. Robert made sure he understood what needed to be done, then did it. He was helpful and explained what he was doing whenever I asked. He also answered my questions about some remodeling we were considering. Very good service. I would definitely recommend PK Electric.

The electrician was on-time, very courteous, and gave us an interim fix to hold us over until appropriate work could be done. The final price also seemed reasonable to us, although we did not compare rates with other contractors in so far as we were in a jam and needed work done quickly. I would recommend PK electric.

CAULKING AND REPAINTING WAS FANTASTIC.
